I paid in full upfront under good faith. The salesmen didn't return my call. They didn't come when scheduled. The managers wouldn't return my calls. A guy showed up did half of the job and said he would be back in 1 to 2 days. Never showed again. Had to call the corporate office. Finally a manager called me back. Then I was told they would do it right after they looked at it. The person came and looked at it and now it is scheduled for May of 2024.1. Do not pay in full. 2. Do not expect much customer service from the Beaver PA office.

I get emails saying how do you like your Nature Stone, it has been 4 months. LMAO. Really? How about Finish the Job then I will comment?

We had a wonderful experience with Nature Stone. We had our 3-1/2 car garage and front patio/entrance done. They took their time, were professional, and very responsive.

Before going with Nature Stone, we had a different company come out to quote, and it was not a good experience.

Our porch and garage look great, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to protect their concrete areas, while also upgrading the look of those areas.

Good experience including the sales and installation. I would highly recommend if this is the type of product you looking to buy.

Their product is superior - Their customer service, not so much.

My small front porch was $4k. I paid half in March, was told they could not do the job until 'after August'. The job was finished, it is beautiful, they were Paid in Full. It took nine phone calls to two field offices and nearly three weeks to have the wood frame removed. They were quick to take my money - not so quick to return to finish their work. Since then, comparing notes, I discover they left the same wooden frame on a set of steps in another friends garage, they never came back to remove it. My friends had to get their grown son to take it off.
AND, our mutual neighbor-friend who recommended both of us to Nature Stone has never received their referral fee. Lesson learned:
Don't pay them in Full until the job is completed in Full. And if you or someone you know take advantage of the Refer a Friend offer, follow up. Nature stone needs to say what they do and do what they say.

We had Nature Stone applied to our covered rear porch over 2 weeks ago. Contact and communication is our biggest problem. NS had called and scheduled to come on a Monday to install but never showed. I called every day and left messages with no return call. Well finally got thru to Kelly and finalized the install appointment. After the guys finished (looks very nice) they said we will be contacted in a week to take down the frame work. Well, it's over 2 weeks and I've left messages again and still no call back. This makes us very concerned with warranty issues.

We love our new Nature Stone garage floor. Prior to installation our garage floor was pitted & cracked. After install it looks like an all together different garage floor. The installers were professional, polite & respected our home as if it was theirs. We would recommend Nature Stone to anyone who is interested in improving the look of their home.

Like & David did an amazing job installing our new floor. They very very professionally & gave us great tips on how to maintain the floor.

The only negative comment I need to leave is in regards to the salesmen ‘Jeff’
He was nice & all but he gets a ZERO for being honest.
He told us that we could walk on the floor & start putting furniture back out within a few hours of the installation.
However, we learned that we couldn’t put anything back out Or walk on the service for 24-48hrs.

Customer service is the worst! Would never recommend Nature Stone, the commercials simply raise my blood pressure …false guarantees! The product needs continuous care, my porch is now white not what I envisioned! Repairs are always being rescheduled & after 2 yrs I decided never again…. Don’t be taken on the Company!

Product is good. Service from beaver falls pa is the absolute the worst. Been canceled 3 times since july 3rd. Never not notified th.ey postponed me. Avoid bf location. Russells guarantee is lip service

The installation of Nature Stone was done professionally Luke and Adam, they were great and and paid attention to detail. I give Luke and Adam a perfect 10 rating. The patio is beautiful.

Jeff Phillips and David Banks worked very hard to install a new NatureStone floor in my garage. It looks really great and we hope it will look great for many years to come. Jeff and David took great care of every detail in the installation process. Well done!

Had Nature Stone put down on my garage floor - now I'm not embarrassed to open the garage door! Love it so much, I'm getting my basement finished in a few weeks. Took advantage of the 50% off sale so I feel like I'm getting both done for the price of one! Awesome look!

. I had a Nature Stone Saleman quote me a price for Sunroom, small pad and 3 steps outside. I signed a contract to do the work. August 15th 2022 two installers came to do the job. They said the outside pad and 3 steps couldn't be done. They did the Sunroom. After 5 days of the floor curing. They sent a different installer to remove the wooden forms used in the process. I explained my diliema to him. He said he could be done by him. Reached out to salesman several times by phone and text. I guess he doesn't want to be bothered
Would I ever recommend or use. Nature Stone again? That would be strong NO!
