Were looking for a quiet spot to relax with our dogs. We have a wireless containment system for our adult dogs, but we also have 2 blind puppies. When nobody was around (the park had 2 other campsites occupied in our whole section) we left our puppies off the leash and watched for any traffic. We were told off by the owners for having our pups off the leash, so we just packed up and left. We won't be coming back. Friends can use our remaining nights

Had a great weekend with friends. I would recommend camping here. The owners are such nice people.

That grounds and RV shoots are very clean and spacious. We arrived after hours but they were within for us and we're very nice and accommodating. We could only stay one night but I would stay longer if time permitted.

So this is a great little park. Little isn't a negative.when the "big park" down the road was packed elbow to elbow, we had lots of space in site 64 pull through.our closest neighbor was a few sites away. Good setting to help your kids learn what to do when bored. WIFI is great - speeds 34 down/21 up.we'll be back

Great setting. It was 1000 degrees outside. Was quite happy with my shade! No sewer but did have a dump station. Nice state park down the road a bit.

Had a great one-night stay on 8/25. Spot #64 perfect for quiet and peaceful sounds of nature. Site electric and water were VG. Grounds very well maintained, very clean, with small park for small kids - and a beautiful heated pool.
No sewage hook-ups at sites but convenient, clean dump station with hose.

Alex was very helpful and friendly, even though we arrived slightly late due to torrential rains.

Highly recommend for short or moderate stay.

New owners are AMAZING! Love this place. So glad we found it! We no longer go to Raystown. So much to do close by, state park 1.5 miles away. Campsite has a nice pool, soccer, basketball, a small playground, a huge slip and slide and more! I highly recommend!

Ginger is a very warm and gentle person with understanding and compassion. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish her the very best. Thank you for being so kind and understanding. My wife Sandy and our two Golden Retrievers will miss you!

We were here before and it's only improved under new ownership. Very chill place. A great last minute camping trip before school.
Edit to add: such a great time. Great people there. I was sad to go. If you need a place to just sit, camp. Let your kids explore. This is it.

My family and i spent almost half the season here and we enjoyed every minute. I liked rhe old owners, but i see the new owners opening up a lot more opportunity with this place. The updates so far are better and i can't wait to see what next season brings. We will be coming back and bringing as many campers as we can get to follow for the fun.

Online booking was extremely easy. Very glad they had this option vs just calling in to book a reservation.

The cabin is cute and has the essentials: Air Conditioner, 2 full beds, microwave, mini fridge, fire ring, and mini charcoal grill. The best part about the cabin is that is was close to the bathrooms, little playground and pool.

The pool was the best part of the trip for the kids. If you have a tech reliant child, they may get bored here, but the free WIFI would help them out.

The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. If you forgot to bring some balls or bats to use, the camp store will allow you to use what they have for a small deposit.

There is laundry room on site.

Overall, it was a nice place for a quick and last minute getaway before school starts.

New Owners, making improvements and interacting with campers/customers!
Shaded and roomy sites!
Been camping here off and of over 40 years now, even before the previous owners (Bill & Sue). Bill and Sue tried to keep it nice but as they aged so did the park. The new owners are much younger and making improvements (both noticeable and some that are unseen like repairing/replacing underground water lines). Definitely actively involved in more than "just keeping the pool clean". The pervious owners were very Very nice folks but time and age influenced what got fixed and what got a "Band-Aid" patch. Give them time and they'll have everything running smooth.

Im a cycle tourist. On my way from Miami, FL to Maine. I was lucky enough to find a place to pitch my tent while passing through this area.and the new owners made sure I was comfortable. Seeing how I was on a bike, they offered to drive me into town for groceries.

I had access to the bath house and laundry facilities. You can clearly see all the work being put into the place, it's obvious that they care and I'm sure this place will only get better.

I very much appreciated and enjoyed my stop here.

Has to be about the worst camp ground i have ever been at since the new owners took over. Which is a very bad think considering we have been a year round site holder for 2 years with with the old owners bill n sue. New Owners have no compassion for loyal year round campers. Can't wait for the day Bill and sue get the camp ground back when they default on payment do to the new owners pour judgment and utter disperect to year rounders who have been there longer then they have. Don't waste ure time you can go to hillagase 2 miles away and get a year round site for 1300 less ayear and get the same if not better accommodations.

Great spots nestled in the woods. They do a great job of having trees throughout the park. The little touches are what made us this place so much. Alex and Bob are very personable and friendly making you feel very at home; I'd suggest limiting certain flags to make it more welcoming for everyone.

Great place to camp out, but some of the other campers can be loud. Has good views, a pool, bathrooms and showers! Lots of fun for everyone.
