Nazareth Hospital Emergency Department

This Hospital’s Emergency Department sucks I walked in there in pain and vomiting and and four hours later I still was waiting in pain and no doctor on-site. I don’t recommend this emergency room to anyone. It’s a dirty emergency room that has homeless people hanging out, cussing and sleeping all over the chairs.

Security and other staff chit chatting the entire time not focused on any patients or not focused on anyone being seen they lied to me told me I was next to receive a room they called 6 people back in front of me I sat there for 3 hours and some change every time I asked how long my wait is I got a different answer they staff was very rude and they don’t see u based on who came first I will never return to Nazareth hospital for anything! I wouldn’t feel comfortable wit them taking care of my cat this is by far the worst emergency room and his total in yhe north east

Came in and was seem immediately. Every single worker there was kind friendly and engaged in conversation which may seem irrelevant but it gives you a sense of tranquility despite knowing you're in an emergency room. The doctor were very knowledgeable and professional with my medical help, they were sure to provide me with any relevant details as to what to expect during the healing process and what precautions to look out for. Definitely my best experience being in an emergency room anywhere. 5/5

I went in bc i was post op i had a Septoplasty and i was breathing thru my mouth so i was vomiting & i couldnt breathe thru my mouth anymore, got a massive headache probably cause the lack of oxygen & waited for 4 hours before i left because it just got so bad i had to go home & lay down. They called everybody before me & I understand its by symptoms or priorities idk but mine was obviously respiratory. I asked the nurse twice how long it would be she just said “ i don’t know we’re very busy and we have a lot of sick patients” am i not a sick patient like am i here for fun? Very unprofessional emergency room dont go here. Only rated it a one bc I couldn’t rate it a zero

It’s just that I can’t rate 0, we came in with our son having breathing issues and we sat on the ER 3 hrs until we had to go to another hospital and we were admitted right away. Customer service zero no one literally cares…. Please do better

The past few years I have been to this hospital Emergency room, and I was called quickly to the triage, and also seen by medical doctors very quickly. Now, I am not sure what is going on. My last current visit at this ER was one of the WORST experiences I've had in the ER for almost 8 hours. I came in at 5: 30pm and left 8 hours later as soon as I got into a room I was held for good 30minutes, because there was a lot of EMERGENCY'S that night either way there should always be more than one doctor to see other patients who are also in need of EMERGENCY'S. Only a Tylenol was given and a Urine test was done.

I told myself I'd rather go somewhere else than here. It's ridiculous.

This was the worst hospital response EVER I’m facing near death experience and this emergency room worker named “andrea” decided that it isn’t important god forbid if I go to another hospital and they tell me that I could’ve died if I didn’t make it in time you guys will be hearing from my lawyer

They work terribly careless and slow! They keep talking to each other, doesn’t care about patient with Tears in here… they took me in after waiting almost 5 hours, they left me alone in the room more than an hour!

HORRIBLE! Go anywhere else than here. I went into the emergency department with my boyfriend who needed stitches and we were waiting to be seen 8 hours. The staff is extremely unprofessional and do not treat patients with care. The security guards were chit chatting the ENTIRE time. The woman at registration the same! Very rude! Doesn’t even let you speak… also the actually waiting room is disgusting! There is trash everywhere! I will never return here. I can’t believe they are treating patients this way. I can’t believe the environment in the department is so uncomfortable, unprofessional, I felt like no one here actually cares. Don’t come here

Brought my mom in, she's struggling to breathe and has a burning feeling throughout her body and is next to passing out, they took us to do 2 tests then brought us to a room and left us there for 4 hours until someone finally checked on us. Terrible experience. Someone could literally die waiting for these slow doctors.

How is this hospital even open? They’re unprofessional, staff is prejudice, long hour wait while you see them talking and chit chat on the side. Someone should go undercover here and check this place out. Who knows what else is going on behind close door. Don’t trust this place, go somewhere else!

I had a horrible time I went yesterday they were not busy at all the nurses didn't take care of me I went in because I couldn't put my leg straight it was swollen I couldn't put any pressure on it they gave me an X-ray said that my knee was swollen and had fluid in it they wouldn't drain it they put an Ace bandage on it and discharged me it happened so fast I had no idea what's going on I would never ever tell anyone to go here I was actually worse leaving than I was when I came there cause they kept moving it and I kept telling them how much it hurt they gave me some shot in my arm that actually hurts so now I'm laying there with my arm and my leg hurting me whatever shot they gave me did nothing didn't even give me Tylenol said they were were going to doctor never came in huh horrible experience ever

Terrible service. Racist people works at this hospital. My brother is seating outside for last 2hrs no body came and see him. He been sever pain! Security guard Dan told me his name is Mohammed. He was very rude. There is nobody in charge. They are not treating the patients as there are suppose to. Very bad service. I have a video of this incident I’ll post it all over the social media platform.

This hospital is horrible, we came in at 4 because my sister is having a miscarriage and it’s been three hours and nobody has come to see her, it is really sad, because you come to a hospital hoping to be seen by a doctor to feel better and the just to busy chatting and walking around the floor.
