Food is always great no matter what combination of protein/salsas/toppings I try! The guy at the window for pick up is always nice and greets with a smile! Online order is easy! I could live on the jalapeno-feta salsa.so good! And thank you for adjusting and adapting as well as taking precautions during the Covid Pandemic.you all did great! Thank you!

The food was delicious.even reheated a portion the next day at work.just a great as when I brought it.definately will do it again.

I called today to see if I had to place my order ahead of time or if I could order there. I was told I had to order ahead of time. So I tried to order over the phone and was told very rudely "I'm in the middle of dinner rush there is no way I'm taking an order over the phone". As you can imagine, I didn't order online. I drive by here on the way home, 10 minutes later there wasn't a soul there. I checked the website, seems you can order at the window. I also noticed they closed at 7 and I called at 640. Maybe that had something more to do with why the guy was so rude and refused to let me order.

Ridiculous that you can't go in to order to go. They're being babies. Ordering on the website is a PITA. Food isn't worth the aggravation

I typically like neato burrito. But, this location is more like neato bu-freezo. My burrito was colder than my drink. I could have ordered this burrito on a hot a day and used it to cool my fore head. I could use this burrito to chill my warm beer. Drive to the carlisle pike location instead.

Since covid they’re new way of going about business has been extremely inconvenient. Them only being open 5 days a week plus closing at an early 7pm every night and only being able to order online has made getting neato extremely hard to make happen.

Two Orders were placed at 6: 08pm on a Friday night. Pickup time 6: 40 for both orders. First order ready at 6: 50. Second order not until 7: 06. Food is good but if food is supposed to be ready at 6: 40 it should be ready at 6: 40 not 7: 06. The excuse of we are busy means nothing to a customer on a Friday night. Friday nights are supposed to be busy.

Great food as always. Went on Thursday and got the This version with peanut sauce. Was excellent.

Get the jalapeño feta salsa, it will make your burrito/bowl! Don't forget to add crunchies! Local place that has been an institution my entire life. Vegetarian/vegan options. They make their own sodas (Sharkzilla!) another unique delicious add to this already wonderful place. Handmade salsas offered depending on the day of the week, as well as special burritos day pending. Small menu because everything they offer is high quality and tasty. No alcohol offered here/not BYOB. I would call this a more fast casual restaurant. Portions are large. Online ordering available. Mission style burritos the size of baby Yoda, you cannot go wrong coming here!

Love it! Full of flavor and deliciousness! Absolutely love this place! Especially when my burrito is soo full and it still doesn't unwrap while enjoying it!

Awesome place to get Mexican American food. Some of the friendliest staff I've ever come across in food service. Homemade fountain soda and delicious food!

I have been to every Neato Burrito in the area and every single restaurant was delicious. Do yourself a favor and go pick up a Cowboy Crunch today.

Very good burritos, it's a build your own, or you can get the burrito of the day, i gotcthe blackened burrito, cajun chicken, black beans, dirty rice with sour cream and jalapeno salsa, needless to say it was incredible, definitely will be back and recommended!

As some one else said, "Forget chipotle! " Similar style restaurant to chipotle but larger portions, similar price and no pomposity. My burrito was hot and delicious, they're soda fountain has a selection of unique sodas you don't typically see such as black cherry or lime soda that are really good. I'll never go to chipotle if neato burrito is an option. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

Tried this place for the first time today, I was very disappointed in the food. I ordered a chicken burrito, chips and guacamole.everything was very blah. Needed more seasoning/flavor.

I love this restaurant but this location is the worst one of them all they put so much sour cream dressing on it that I couldn't even eat it it was about 3 fourths of my bowl. Also the customer service was horrible every person down-the-line was in such a bad mood and acted so unfriendly

As a newly converted vegetarian (as of May, 2017) this is my go-to spot for a delicious, healthy and inexpensive meat-free lunch or dinner. I get the veggie crunch (cowboy crunch without the meat), half chili, half refried beans, BBQ rice, flour tortilla, Sriracha, ranch, lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumbers, celery, and jalapenos. It tastes great, fills me up and only costs $6! Can't recommend this place enough. Staff is always friendly and welcoming, facilities are always clean and tables are never covered in the last person's burrito mess.

Forget Chipotle. You will get 2x the food for the same price, wont risk getting a disease from unsanitary kitchen practices, and the food if way better. Neato Burrito is the best burrito in the area, bar none.

Food is great, but I feel like they just raised the prices and lowered the amount of meat they put in. Maybe it was just a one time thing.
