Horrible place, horrible employees they treat the patience even worst, and ignore them. BTW we are all on to YOU - ALL l the 5 stars are FAKE, meaning made up from the higher ups or staff and staff family.place stinks, it's dirty, only send you enemy's there.

The staff and professionalism from this place is DESPICABLE and BEYOND DISGRACEFUL. My aunt has been dealing with DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE condition's including
UNPROFESSIONAL ACTIONS AND BEHAVIORS from supervisors and staff.
My family will make sure to take FULL DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS to make sure this "Rehabilitation center" get SHUT DOWN for how they treat ALL their
PATIENTS. This place doesn't help their patients they are ABUSING THEM. This place WILL be getting SHUT DOWN for ELDER ABUSE one WAY or ANOTHER.

We had a great experience with the staff we encountered but due to staffing shortages, care was often poor. My grandfather developed serious bed sores that we were unaware of until he was hospitalized with an infection. Would not recommend for someone who is bed bound as they simply do not have the time or capacity to provide proper care. Food was not the best, often served the same puréed meal several times a week and allowed him to miss many meals when he no longer wanted to eat the same thing. Most personal items were all returned when he left the facility, but his belongings were often missing for weeks at a time while he was there leaving him in hospital gowns instead of his own clothing.
Overall we loved the staff, but as a company - they are failing their patients.

So, after looking at reviews, I was a little skeptical having my mother go to this rehab. First off, they never had a really good name when they were Lancashire Hall. The facility is dated looking and definitely could use updates and repairs. That said, the nursing staff along with most of the staff in general was super friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint was the communication between rehab, doctors office and myself. It was like pulling teeth to find out information and no one ever told me when appointments were scheduled with doctors outside of the facility.
