TylerCoy arrived at our home ahead of time for a consultation regarding our water system. He was very professional, informative, and courteous with his assessment on what was wrong and what his recommendations were. He knew his craft which he demonstrated upon his arrival. He left us information and quotes with his recommendation and didn’t use any sales pitch tactics to sway us one way or the other. We will review or options and make a decision. We will definitely use Negley’s Water when we move forward with this project based on our visit with Tyler!

Very professional and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our water was in tip top shape. The evolve water treatment system is one of the best systems around. Highly recommend. Our highly qualified tech Corey Knepper is an excellent guy and cares about his customers. Use these guys. They may be a little pricier than other water treatment companies, but trust me, you get what you pay for. You won’t be disappointed.

Recently had our whole water system replaced and upgraded and it was overall a great experience. Everything went smoothly and was super quick! Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. I had several other companies come out, and I felt like they were trying to get one over on me by selling a system I didn't really need. Tyler took time to explain, that while my system was near the end of its lifespan, I could still push it a little further if needed. We had purchased a home with quite a complex system and had no idea what each contraption was and what it did, most importantly we had no idea how to maintain it. I called feeling quite silly and Molly who answered the phone made me feel at ease. She asked that I send a pic of what I have so she could send someone to help. Tracy arrived and he was like a well system super hero. He explained each tank and taught me how to do general maintenance such as adding salt. He spoke in language I could easy understand and was patient as I took notes. He replaced two small parts that were leaking and got the system up and running again. He tested my water on the spot so that we knew the PH, hardness, dissolved solids, and Iron content. I am forever thankful for his kindness and for not trying to charge me for things that I don’t need. I will work with them in the future and will request Tracy!
