I wouldn’t give these people the one start I just had to give them! The house looked nothing like it did online! The day we moved in they had their maintenance man in there cleaning from the last people that rented it and it was disgusting! None of the windows closed all the way the water pressure was horrible we were expected to pay 1500 a month and had no washer and dryer hookup! They used wall paint to paint the floors so it would peel! We were never late on our rent except ONCE and they filed eviction on and we paid more then half of the rent was just a little late on the rest! All they care about is money they are SLUM LORDS!

Money hungry POS the pics online didn’t add up to what was in person they do a horrible job cleaning up the house was disgusting when we moved in the maintence men that work for them do a horrible job DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE all they care about is money

The worst rental experience I ever had. Rats in the home never got resolved. Issues after issues would take weeks to resolve but let that rent be 2 days late they are calling early morning. And then took us to court and charged us for “lawn care” when it’s as clean as ever.while I rented the place I put so much work into that yard it looked a lot better then when we moved in! They don’t care about nothing but money. And the pics they post online does not add up to what you see in person at all!

Worst rental experience I have had. Go elsewhere. This “rental company” is the epitome of unprofessional service and ignorance.

Worst experience ever. Rent is super expensive for a very bad apartment/ neighborhood. They did not post the photos of their small bathroom I would say half bathroom. Their customer service is ridiculously bad bad. Stay away.
