Minus one. I had the doubtful pleasure to speak to Tahmir Cook. Very arrogant, aggresive, and rude person without qualification and customer service experience. He needs a customer service and anger management training.

I would give this company a 0. The company will promise you a lot more than they are capable of doing. The aides and staffing are not capable of running this agency.
The communication is horrible, when you call about a concern, nobody will return your calls. They are only in contact with the aides, not you.
The aide was supposed to work until 6pm, but left at 12 noon, nobody from the office contacted us.
I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

I have been working with Neighborly for almost a year now and love everything about this company. The staff is so easy to communicate with and always placed me and good work environment, always keep me busy! And are very dedicated to there clients. So glad they gave me a chance to be apart of the neighborly staff!

I started with this company over a year ago and I can't say enough about them. The staff in both offices are awesome. Always a pleasant attitude, either early morning or late afternoon. They do a nice job. It’s perfect if you have a parent who is taking care of your other parent and they just need a break.

It's so sad to see all of the bad reviews some people are leaving Neighborly Home Care. This company is by far one of the best home care companies I have ever worked for. They genuinely care for their employees, clients, and family members! If you're in search for a home care agency for your loved ones or as a caregiver, PLEASE don't pass up an awesome agency, because of someone else. This company is truly a caring one. You can't say that for a lot of these agencies.

I wouldn’t recommend Neighborly Home Care to anyone. Some of the employees have poor Customer service. This company really do sucks and tends to be very unprofessional. I think they under pay there employees.

I have been with neighborly for 3 years. The girls in the office are outstanding and very willing to accommodate there clients. Rod the owner wants to have all the employees to go anywhere to help clients.
Working with a agency is to no different as a marriage you have to work together. I have had the same caretaker for years and i am blind and very pleased. MHS
