These guys told me they were professional suspension lift installers and I fell for it
2 months later and $3800 my truck looks like it’s going down the road sideways and the front tire rubs on the right side. You can see the rear axle is cocked and the front alignment is set to it. Yeah I did mention it before they were done but they said the band new leaf springs were the problem not their fault

Bottom line don’t go to Nelsons’s

They are not trust worthy. They tell you one price, fix your car then charge more without even notifying.half the time they say the car is fixed I have to return in less than a few months for another repair. I wonder if they brake other pieces of my car.

I have been coming here for 20 years. Absolutely the best place to take your car or truck. Honest, trustworthy and very fair pricing. When there is a mechanical problem with a vehicle Randy will take the time to explain the problem and the cost prior to performing the repair. One time I had an electrical problem and needed my truck for business. He stayed late and diagnosed the problem. It was a short in the passenger door. Not easy to find. But he managed to correct the problem to get me back up and running.

I had to drop off my car here last minute on a Saturday night without an appointment because it overheated on the highway 30 miles from home. They took a look Monday morning, got it done in a day, and gave us a very fair price. Very appreciative of their services.

I go to Nelson's for maintenance for both of my cars. The quality of the products is great and the prices are very fair. They also care about my vehicles and make sure to inform me if something is wrong.

They did a great job! I was having trouble with my Honda. No one could seem to fix the problem I was having - including the dealer where I bought it. These guys were able to fix the hybrid battery relay with breaking the bank. I will be forever grateful. Haven't had a problem since.

Used them to mount new tires from Tirerack, they were affordable and very quick. Can see going back to them for my normal maintenance.

I've been a customer at Nelson's Auto for over a decade. They helped me keep my old car running until it was 20 years old, and I bring my new car there now. They do a good job for a good price and Randy at the front desk is great at explaining exactly what's wrong, what needs to be fixed and why.

Worst service. They are rip-offs and just want to get as much money out of you as possible. PLEASE do not waste your time here. I would have never noticed this dump if it was not right next door to Evolution. After all the money I spent my car is still having the same problems. Save your money and time and go elsewhere!

From tires to key fobs, they have everything you need to make your car run perfect. No appt needed and plenty of professional help to point you in the right direction. Great location and a cool tow truck!

They aligned the front end on my Dodge truck. This truck has been running straight down the road ever since. Best front end alignment I ever had. Tires are wearing perfectly all the way down to the wear bars.

Black Sante Fe installed a scooter carrier. I was scared to send my wife to a new mechanic other than our dealership. They took good care of my vehicle and offered useful suggestions about the scooter carrier and its upkeep.

I have been bringing my Wrangler to Nelson's for a few months now. They fixed problems I was having with my 3.5 lift. They had to replace a broken clock spring that another shop broke. That shop (that broke the clock spring) quoted me extremely high and said it would be extremely difficult and costly for them to do. Brought it to Nelson's where they were able fix everything without breaking my budget. Since then they have installed bumpers, tire carriers, and lighting for my vehicle. Couldn't ask for better service.

I've been taking my car here for over a year now, and it's always a pleasant experience. They are very straightforward about prices, friendly, and do good work. Also, I appreciate that they answer all of my questions in detail and never suggest unnecessary work (unlike my last mechanic). I'll be sad to move away eventually because it's been nice having a great mechanic so close.
