Please avoid this company. We have tried to have an inground pool installed and they were asking for all kind of information but never got back to us after almost 3 months of back and forth to try to finalize the contract. If it's so difficult to have a contract signed, I can't imagine the pain to have them install the pool. We had a really bad experience and frustrations with these people. We won't sign any contracts.

Absolute outstanding service but most of all they go the extra mile. We have had our pool for 7 years and have felt that all of the employees are family. Their knowledge is spectacular but most of all is how they care and go that extra mile.

Nemo Pools always tells me exactly what I need for my pool and does not sell me a bunch of costly stuff that I don’t need. Other places sold me expensive buckets of things I didn’t need and it sat here until we threw it out. Wasted money.

Super disappointed with this place. I bought a pool years ago, then I bought a $8000.00 hot tub. I need a new line for my pool, but they won't do it because they didn't install it. Really? I've been buying my pool supplies there for years. Not anymore.
