There is no such thing as appointment time at this. They do not care for your time. It take 45 min for the doc to even see your child. This happened 3 time where we spent more than 1.5half. So please get your business in order. If u cant improve your process than don’t waste people time as they have work/schedule calls. Again, very very slow in your process. If can’t make an appointment then give customer’s actual time.

Very slow. They expect us to be there 15 minutes before and doctors and nurse doesn’t show ip on time. It happened with us more then 3 times where we had to wait for more then 1.5 hours for regular visit. In visits we talked to nurse for 5 minutes and doctor for 10minutes only. Rest of the time was wait time which is annoying. We also have other things to do and make our schedule according to visit time and they still can’t make it on time.

Terrible customer service, can never reach anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment or speak to a nurse. No same day sick visits are ever available and advice is always to go to Urgent Care or ER. Service has really gone downhill the last few years. Look elsewhere.

It’s nearly impossible to get same day sick visits. In the past, they lost lab work which they still billed us for. My final straw was when they said they couldn’t see my son who was having respiratory asthma-like concerns with difficulty breathing. They referred out to urgent care because “they couldn’t X-ray. ” Urgent care also doesn’t X-ray and was disgusted in the ped that wouldn’t treat him. Thankfully they treated him with a breathing treatment. He ended up being hospitalized because it was so serious! Sad day when you have pay a premium to go to urgent care with a child for better care than their ped. We are much happier with our new practice! At his physical, they did a screen with my son to make sure he was hitting gross motor, fine motor, cognitive milestones and actually spoke to him vs being in the room 30 seconds. They treated him as a person, not a billing code. I do not recommend Nemours Exton!

Our family has been with Nemours Exton for almost 6 years. We have always had excellent care for our children. The staff is helpful and genuinely caring. My little one even puts on her best dress when going to see Pallavi Arabolu, MD. Dr. Arabolu is amazing and you can tell how much she loves the children.

Getting in person appointments for sick visit is next to impossible. They always refer to go to urgent care or ER, the scheduling staff is very rude and long wait times when called plus no timely response. We have been with this facility for 7+ years because Dr. Arabolu is great, but getting an appointment is really a tussle, which can't be overlooked and would push us to look for another pediatrics care facility.

So far we are not impressed with nemours exton. My husband and I are first time parents to a 6 week old. Maybe our expectations are high since we are new to this. We frequently have tons of questions for the provider (nothing super complicated) and so far have not been given much support, guidance, or encouragement. In particular this is the case with Dr Rosengart. As an example, we asked her for help regarding our newborns fussiness/colicky behavior. Her solution was to send us reading material on the matter to our home. Seriously? Even if not much can be done to help our situation, this is not remotely close to the care I would expect. Anyone can just Google colic online to find out more information. This is the type of response we have been given for most of our questions so far. It just hasn’t been the warm, comfortable, judgement free experience that I want in a pediatrician.

One positive are the front desk staff. I’ve spoken to Matthew a number of times in person and on the phone, he has been patient and accommodating. Someone always promptly answers the phone as well.

Our next visit is with a different physician so we are hoping there is some improvement.

I have chosen it for my newborn daughter. The initial visit was not scheduled at my preferred location as it is my newborn I went around 20 miles. My child is sick and never got a call back on time. The triage system is taking to Delaware and every-time they are asking to take to ER or urgent care where the infections are high for a new born. The physicians are fine but hard in getting appointments. It would really be better if they respond with a solution and not asking to take to ER

This office decided to do renovations and in turn reschedule appointments all over the area. They sent out a very generic, non personalized email stating that appointments may be changed and also stated that they were going to call all affected families, but no phone call was ever received letting us know that our appt was moved. There was no notice provided in their app either which would have provided a directed and specific communication to affected families. I had an appt scheduled multiple months in advance and they moved it 40 minutes away. Typically it is only 5 minutes away. It was only when I looked to confirm the appointment that I noticed that it had been changed to a completely different county. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and coordination with patients. There are other locations which are closer, but we never were even given a choice about where we were being sent. This is a huge inconvenience and communication should be better.
