Extremely scammed me, told me I could move same day and made me pay for application fee twice and never responded to me again. Bad for business

This company is either a straight up scam or everyone involved is so incompetent that they shouldnt be allowed to run as a company. Theres no actual way to contact someone and no way to leave messages. The phone number is all automated and is useless. Everything just tells you to go to their website and contact them through email. Over a month and havnt heard anything. Completely ghosted. Me and my roomates reached out numerous times and have never got a reply. They stole the OUTRAGEOUS 65 DOLLAR application fee PER PERSON from each of us. Im reporting them to BBB considering i selected the option to recieve a copy of my background check and credit report when they ran it. Which they clearly never gave me, which tells me they never even ran it. I cant even get a hold of them to demand a refund. Thats a straight up scam if you ask me. Theyre too afraid to even have personal contact with anybody. Pathetic.

I dont buy their pathetic responses either. Im not the first to call them a scam. They use the excuse " we have alot of inqueries and want to make sure we choose the best possible tenant"

Thats not how renting works. If someone applies and qualifies for the property, they get it. You dont get to sit around and wait over a month to rack in all the application fees in hopes of finding someone with a perfect credit score and makes significantly more money. If someone meets the requirements u rent it to them. Its that simple. I find it hard to believe that it took a month of "insanely high demand" to find someone that qualified.

I realize me and my roomates lacked a little bit with credit. But if we were DENIED you should SAY SO. Especially if it was because of credit, because as far as i know, you legally have to tell someone the reason for denying them if it was credit related. (icould be wrong on that but either way its not a good look to never even acknowledge the people that reached out to you)

Avoid this company at all costs and dont waste your time.

Not to mention that crazy amount of personal information they asked for. Ive applied to many places over the last few months and none required such in depth borederline unsettling amounts of information about you. My friends and i all noticed how weird that was and they all agreed it seemed way too intense.

The management group has been extremely helpful and forthcoming when it comes to helping us. Neo management group particularly their maintenance group has been helpful and timely.

Scam. The office address they used doesn’t exist. Nobody picks up the phone. They will not send you any email also. This fraud broker will charge you application fees. Imagine 50 people applies and they have earned 5-6k about a virtual property which is not for rent.

As a small business owner. Neo Management Group has contracted me to do many repairs on their clients properties. They have always been extremely professional and courteous. I hope to work with them in the future.

Neo Management has been a life saver for us by managing our property. They are reliable and trustworthy. They are wonderful communicators and everyone at the company is professional and knowledgeable.

Beware! Proceed with caution! Save yourself the headache and stay away from this property management group! They do not have the best interest of the properties nor the renters of the properties. The current property manager is unprofessional, deceitful, cheap, and loves to deflect from issues or concerns you express to her. If you do decide to move forward with this group, be sure to have any issues properly addressed prior to signing a lease. The only way to actually get something done is to contact the management supervisor. I hope this review saves someone from making the same mistake I did…

Dont ever rent from these people again please ppl if you dont get away from them they are scam and money hungry people they only want money they dont care about there tenants and family
