Nepali Kitchen and Bar reviews
11Really cool place-bar seating (with full bar!) in a small area off of a speciality food market. We had momos, fried rice and a noodle soup-all delicious. Momos are hand made and worth the wait. We were offered a delicious sauce and extra hot peppers. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend if you feel like delicious Nepalese food for great price at a great place.
My favourite place for momos and chowmein. While you wait, you can also do some grocery shopping. Humble staffs, affordable prices. I love this place.
Just happened to be driving through Scranton and I was looking for a local place with original flavours. Came across this place on Google. It doesn’t look like a restaurant from the outside, but the food was worth the stop. I had the pork chhoilla and the veg fried rice. Absolutely delicious! The previous reviewers were right
Been here twice. I must say they have some of the authentic Momos. Do try this place if you are in Scranton. Suggest take away if with family.
Wow, I wished I had photos to show you but the food was too delicious, it had everything I wanted a little bit of spice and lots of flavor. I’m from New York and would have never thought to find a place like this in Scranton. It’s a secret treasure.
Looking for something different while in town. This was definitely a win! The momo sauce & soup were spicy/hot for those that love spicy food. The fried rice was not hot, but spiced very differently than a Chinese style & quite delicious
Very friendly people and great service. Also very satisfied with the food it was delicious.
Wow. Everything we got was so delicious. Best dumplings (Momo) that I've ever had in my life. The fried rice was spectacular and the Thukpa was so flavorful. Definitely going to stop by the next time we are in the area.
What a gem this place is! It was our first time here and first time trying out Nepali food. My goodness! It was delicious to say the least.
Everyone was super nice and the place was very clean.
Beware: this is not your typical restaurant. It's a very informal bar and they serve drinks and food. And I would not change a thing about it!
I am Hispanic and have travelled all over the world. I love cultures and appreciate sharing with people. This place offered me a cultural experience today. It was lovely, honestly.
I loved hearing local Nepali people talk and laugh at this place. They were so kind and super polite.
It was a great experience and I will be back.
Thanks to all the staff for your hard work
Delicious spicy Nepali food! Beautiful women, friendly service, relaxed quite little bar. I love Fresh Betel Nut too!
