I had my computer hacked. I ve used Nerds to go a couple of years ago. Made the call and someone was here right away. Not only got my computer back to running but explained what the hack was. I'm a very happy camper

Although a bit pricey, they were honest and very helpful. My PC works perfectly after. Very responsive and filled me in on each step in the process.

Great Job by NerdsToGo! We had a computer crash at my auto repair business and they came to the shop right away. The computer couldn't be fixed on site. They did try for a few hours to fix it on site. They took my computer to thier shop and returned it quickly working better than new the next day! James is the man friendly and knowledgable. Thank you again nice work!

I had a great experience at Nerds to Go and have already recommended them to others.

They were knowledgeable and well-informed. Both James and Ted went the extra mile to resolve my computer issue, with James even working late one night to get everything fixed by when he promised!

I appreciate that they kept me informed throughout the process and explained things in a way I could understand. This will continue to be my go-to computer place in the future.

My 1st business encounter with NerdsToGo was a very pleasant experience.
My HP lost its hard drive, not only did they replace it with a better and faster unit but at a very reasonable cost. My HP is now performing much faster and smoother. The computer repair was completed in a very timely manor. Steve and each of the techs at NerdsToGo were very pleasant and very responsive to my needs.
NerdsToGo is now my go to for all my future computer needs.

Fixed my MacBook Pro that wouldn't start and needed new internal battery, got it done faster than anticipated and working good as new now, better than driving to KOP or Cherry Hill or something for the apple store for sure

All around phenomenal experience. Every single person I spoke to was professional, helpful, informative, and honest. I would highly recommend to family & friends. When discussing with my husband, I told him that I felt it was an all around honest company that truly wants to provide a service, and not in it to make a buck. Legit could not say enough about the company & staff.

My laptop was not getting along with my OneDrive, and I needed them to play nice and sync with my other computer. NerdsToGo was able to straighten things out within my tight timeframe, and they helpfully provided tips on how to really make the most of my OneDrive account, which will max out soon unless I do something. Thanks!

I was assigned James, who is new to the company. He was a little tentative at first but, even though he had some little familiarity with some of the tasks I asked of him, he was able to quickly figure them out and correct them. I needed a new keyboard for one of my computers, and a new router, and had asked that they be low-profile. He brought the cutest miniature keyboard and router (they're adorable), and had quite a bit of work setting up the router for both computers, my printer, my scanner and 3 Echo Dots, but all is well and I'm pleased as punch. He's got a good head on his shoulders. I plan on contacting the company shortly for a list of software questions and adjustments, plus I bought some time ahead. The nice thing about that is the time you pre-buy never expires so, even though it had been a year since I'd last used them, I still had time and only had to pay for the hardware and not the time used to fix my issues. They're a good honest company, and I'll happily recommend them to anyone in my complex who asks.

Our laptop was in a restart loop due to a faulty audio driver. I brought it to their office and talked with one of the consultants who was knowledgeable about this issue. They were able to remove the driver and reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 10. Our laptop is now working better than it has in several months. I would recommend them.

Ethan was extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! He provided a clear explanation of the support he could provide and offered us solid suggestions for future computer needs. He provided excellent customer service - is a valuable asset to your team. We visited the office on three different occasions and were always greeted promptly and courteously by all team members. Eric offered expert assistance on the spot, when my husband mentioned an issue with his IPhone! Highly recommend this very capable group for your computer/phone needs!

Nerds to Go was quick to help; diagnosed my old lap top, and successfully retrieved everything and set up my new lap top. They were upfront, fair, and did a good job.

They could have been more through diagnosing the problem and doing a check of all systems before they said the computer was ready for pick up. I needed to return it multiple times. When I picked up the computer after the initial problem of a screen cable repair, the speakers and DVD didn’t work. Then the next time the camera and microphone didn’t work. When they tried to fix that, the screen failed again. In the end they replaced the motherboard and screen cable. It all took about 4 weeks and four or five trips back a forth to the store. The techs were courteous and sympathetic to my frustration and were willing to do whatever it took to fix the problem. The computer finally got fixed and I’m happy with the results.
