They told me who was showing up to my home and when, provided quick and accurate diagnosis of my furnace issue and gave me all of my options to resolve the issue without any sales pressure. UPDATE: October 2023, we've now had 2 regular maintenance checkups for regular maintenance & we love their service & technicians. Always courteous, prompt & very good. Love their loyalty program where you pay a yearly fee that covers a pre- winter & pre-summer maintenance check-up & cleaning of the A/C unit plus discounts on emergency calls, products such as filters & such. Very happy with Nerthlings!

ORIGINAL POST: Replaced antiquated furnace system. Nerthlings was excellent in every way possible! Clean, friendly, right on time, thorough & answered any questions. We liked that all installers & techs are certified & in the end it all went faster than expected. They left everything in great condition.

I had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed. The company and their employees are terrific. They arrived and got to work immediately. They were very professional and answered any question that I asked. When they finished, they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company and their employee’s to anyone.
