Neshaminy Collision, Penndel PA

Normally I'm wary walking into any body shop to get work done. I've been to quite a few and it can be hit or miss depending on the costs.

This afternoon I walked into Neshaminy Collision for the first time, expecting to pay no less than $200-300 for a 6-7 inch scratch on my side door. In less than 15 minutes, I was on my way with no scratch at the cost of $20. I was stunned.

Josh (owner) was incredibly helpful. I had no appointment yet he went out of his way to immediately take care of it. The end result left a great impression. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to get work done.

Awesome group of guys. Work is phenomenal, and great customer service! Truck came back detailed and looking new. Tail light plug was defective on new tail light- contacted next day, made time for me to come in that day and fixed and out the door in less than 20 minutes! Highly recommend!

Service is beyond expectations. Have used them multiple times and have always been incredibly impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail. Josh and Nick are great guys and I highly recommend them to everyone!

I hit into a deer. Jeff and the crew did a great job making my mazda look brand new. He made sure to get the car back in time so I wasn't paying out of pocket for the rental car. Added wind shield wiper fluid without me asking. Also put a winter aerosol repellent on my front wind shield to clean that up which was very nice. Thank you guys

Used them for all of 3 of my vehicles. The repairs are as good as it gets. Never had to bring a vehicle back. The premier of body shops. If you were looking for a flaw - it would be the amount of time the cars are there, usually waiting on parts - and the number of vehicles that go there. Like a good restaurant - a lot of people going there tells you something.

My go to shop for body work. Picked up my van last week and it looked like it came off the showroom floor.

This was a very good experience here first class business. Not one bit disappointed if they offered a 10 star rating they would have gotten it. Very professional staff and paid great attention to detail.

This was our first visit to Neshaminy Collision after using other auto body shops in the past. I could not have been more pleased with their customer service. Josh and Nick were very professional and responsive. Everything was thoroughly and honestly explained, which we appreciated. Even better, they’re a locally-owned small business. This place fixed my bumper at the most competitive price I could find in Lower Bucks County.

This place has AMAZING customer service. Nick helped me and has answers to all of my questions. My experience taking my car here was better then I could have imagined. I will always recommenced this place to anyone who needs to bring their car to a collision shop.

I'm using them for a second time and so far so good. Was able to get a rental from them as well saving me time and effort dealing with another company.

I chose Neshaminy Collison work on 2 on my vehicles, 2009 Acura MDX and 2012 Dodge Avenger. I am very impressed with the honesty and professionalism the crew at Neshaminy showed me. They kept me updated on their progress and even detailed my car when it was done.

This is an excellent auto shop that treats its customers fairly, transparently, and honestly. Josh and Nick will only recommend needed services and clearly explain the trade off between doing them or not. The pricing is a fair and transparent and they will clearly communicate timelines so that you can plan drop offs and pick ups accordingly. I recommend them to others and plan to continue using them.
