NET Credit Union, Scranton PA

The credit union is so bad. Went to deposit money into my account and asked for change back and the lady there told me that she can’t give me change. I thought that’s what credit unions do is give you money in exchange for your check. Also this meeting me at the door makes me feel like I stupid and can’t find my way to the counter. They say it’s to make it more personal, why fix what isn’t broke. For years I would walk in and they would all know my name, those days are gone

I have read a lot of these comments, And I cannot say I have had a bad experience once. A majority of the one stars are from people who have been financially irresponsible.

Every time I have applied either for a loan or credit card, I have been given proper advice before making that decision. I am extremely thankful for all of the people whether the tellers or the credit department people have spoken with.

Service was good. The associate handling the account was very personable. However, when I tried to set up an on line profoile, I was unable. The site would never tell me what I was missing to finish the profile. Horrible site.

Extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend the credit Union. I have the digital saver and at the end of each month, i get cash back. A+

I live in the Phillipines and use to make transfers from my account to another one in states due to a police change i need to call or visit a branch to do this now Now explain to me what branch do they have in Phillipines and they do not have a toll free number

Yet again NET disappoints me. They refuse to waive a late fee that was applied to my credit card account. I was advised that for any account you have a 15 day grace period before a late fee is assessed. Apparently that was incorrect because coincidently for the credit cards its 10 days, not 15. How convenient. People go through hard times financially. They absolutely have the ability to do so and refuse and they should be ashamed.

NET is the best financial institution I've ever dealt with. The people who work there are amazing and absolutely do whatever they can to help you get what you need.

Have been a member almost 40 years. Did most of my dealings with olphant branch but now Scranton so much closer deal there and of course didital but love to see and hear the people now and then

I have been a member of Net for 57 years and never had a problem. The employees are always very helpful

Don't open your account here it's worst I regret ever opening my account there looking on shopping else where

This Bank is the worst bank that I have ever dealt with in my 74 years on this earth. The worst. Please don't bank with them. I wish I could have gave them zero stars. Do better smh. Definitely finding a better bank tomorrow. And will be removing all 4 of my direct deposits from this sorry bank.

All i can say is this does not apply to everyone at this credit union, but the few i dealt with were not willing to help me.i applied for a car loan twice.the second time I was sent on what I call a "wild goose chase". The terms I was given were very discouraging, plus I was told that it would be difficult to find anything, so they knew I was set up for failure before i even got started.please whatever you do, find another credit union.most of these reviews are negative for a reason.you've been warned!
