It’s sad when your calling to schedule for your sick child and the front desk women just sit right there not awnsering the phones until they feel like it they need to start doin their jobs this is a doctors office and it’s unbelievable how bad it’s gotten since dr burick left bring her back my kids was well taken care of with her

One star for friendly staff, although they never answer the phone unless you call multiple times in a row and even then you usually have to leave a message and hope they call you back.
I was seeing a VA provider who informed me they would not be able to testify in my Workman's Compensation Case so I reached out to NCP specifically stating to multiple people who work there that I needed a provider who could testify. They never stated this would be a problem but, now that it's time, they are refusing. Thanks for the detrimental contribution to my mental health.

I had 2 appt with the only therapist who takes appts at this location. My first appt went fine-ish, but I felt like I would probably have some personality conflicts and wished there were another therapist that I could see instead. I even asked my PCP, but no. Second appt, I had a transport problem and she spent the entire phone appt yelling at me about why I hadn't done this or that, in circumstances I was unfamiliar with. 0 stars were well earned.

I have a pcp and she and everyone there are amazing and there are times when they do get busy. Everyone needs to stop with the negative and start with the positive. I have never had a problem with them. And they do call back. It takes time. So PLEASE be patient and give them time to catch up on everything. THANK U NEW CASTLE PRIMARY HEALTHCARE for being the best doctors office I have ever had. I appreciate everything you guys do.

Staff is extremely friendly, all the nurses and doctors actually make me feel safe and like they care about me as a human being. Never have I had a bad experience here!

Good luck trying to reach anyone if you’re a behavioral health patient, I’ve called 4 times to get an appointment with a therapist I’ve already been seeing regularly. They haven’t called me back and I’ve left multiple messages even explaining how often I’ve called and that no one has returned them. I have an appointment tomorrow with another doctor there in person but it’s not for therapy so I’m going to attempt to make another request in person. Just ridiculous that every time I’ve called early or into the afternoon absolutely no one answers and messages are never returned. Mental health isn’t something you can brush off and I haven’t been able to see a therapist I’ve grown to trust in weeks with no explanation. If she’s not in office for a while that’s fine, but at least let patients know that.

Horrible place.from staff to the nurses and doctors all should be fired. Incompetent and it's scary

The have always been a pleasure dealing with always on top of any request that I do from my patient portal such as appointments or any referrals they get to me asap.

Have been coming to this establishment for a number of years for my medical needs. Staff is kind. They are caring and take time with any questions you may have concerning your health issues. I Recommend to anyone looking for a new doctor

Am a new patient, I find the practice competent, courteous and efficcient and quite helpful. I have no complaints and would recommend to anyone.
