I’ve literally been trying to get ahold of them to reschedule my appointment with my pa and to set up a counselor and no answer and no call back my night terrors have gotten worse and I can’t take the sleep meds I was put on so now I’m going to have to go through my pharmacy I guess to request meds because like I said I’m not getting any calls back my emergency contact got ahold of them and they wouldn’t even let him make me another appointment or anything and he’s on my paperwork to be able to handle anything to do with my care because of how bad my mental health is. So it’s very important that I get to see these people and I can’t even get a call back or email nothing.

Absolutely terrible place to go for any psychiatric needs. They neglect patients who are in need of their medication. My brother has been calling for a week straight with no reply from anyone. We will be looking for other psychiatric care.

The best therapist ever left before her the best Doctor left. Not happy with any other services in this facility. The doctor and therapist that were actually helping me reach my goals deserve so much credit for getting me where I am today. The rest of the staff well they can just go elsewhere they dont really help not want to help in the process of someone's rehabilitation. They just want to keep wesrhousing and holding you back from making progress. I don't play with my PTSD and Panic Disorder not do I allow anyone to stop me from progressing. Self-Advocation is key to getting you the care and treatment you want and moving you further into a better life. Because of the therapist that I was seeing before the last one I saw I am persueing my College dreams had I stuck it out with the other one I wouldn't even be made it past enrollment. Had I not left Psychiatric Care Systems who knows where I'd be right now. Probably somewhere locked up because my mother knows the 2nd doctor personally. Thats a conflict of interest. I don't do those either. My PCP suggested I leave the practice or have my mother fired from the job she holds with his son, being the kimd of person I am I couldn't do that to her even though she probably deserves it for everything she's done to me and lied about.
