Great Doctor’s & staff. Explained very well & straight to the point. Before they do anything they do explain. If you agree then you pay but if you not agree they won’t pressure. Doctor’s give right advice. Love it.

The best dentist’s office I have been to. The dentist did an awesome job dealing with my broken tooth. Provided various options and suggested what’s best for me. The staff was also very helpful. Office itself was very modern. Overall a very positive experience for me.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Completely insensitive, uncaring and a huge rip off!

I went in for an emergency appointment to have a bad tooth pulled! I was VERY clear about this when I made the appointment.
They charged me $200 and did NOTHING! They gave me a script for an antibiotic and advil and told me I would need to schedule an appointment to come back when the oral surgeon was there. What? Why did they have me come in then? Just to take $200 from me and schedule an appointment? Absolutely horrible! I feel completely ripped off and taken advantage of. The dentist was rude and very insensitive. I would NOT recommend this place.

Instead I went to Alpha Dental near the Oxford Valley Mall. They had no problem pulling the tooth and giving me the relief I desperately needed. They were kind, compassionate and caring…the complete opposite of New Falls Dental. New Falls Dental. You really should be ashamed of yourselves. You are the reason people hate going to the dentist. You stole $200 from me for absolutely nothing! Horrible, horrible experience! This review should have zero stars but unfortunately that was not an option.

My 1st visit was great. Everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease. (Since seeing a dentist is not my favorite thing to do) The young lady who took my xrays was wonderful.

I have been a patient for the last 30 years and have always gotten exceptional care I am loving the new offices. This time when I called about a broken tooth and told them I was not having any pain but I needed an appointment, I was given an appointment within one hour of when I called and when I arrived I barely had to wait at all before I was seen and my problem was promptly taken care of.

I have been a patient of New Falls Dental group for many years. The practice does great work and it is always a positive experience.

Taylor was amazing! Very thorough, careful and gentle. And I always love seeing my friend Denise! Thanks for taking good care of me New Falls!

Beautiful atmosphere with very friendly staff. I would highly recommend you visit them for your next dental needs.

Had to switch to a practice that doesn't charge $299 lab fee on top of the price of the crown. This lab fee was not always charged. It started as #99, then $199 and now up to $299. Other than that I was happy here but I feel this lab fee is a way of making more money. The pracrice I am going to now does not charge a lab fee at all.

They have been nothing but wonderful here so far. They really care about their patients as evident in their follow up calls.

I was taken quickly. Cleaning procedure was explained to me and went smoothly. The doctor saw me only a few minutes after my cleaning. Doctor explained everything. After I scheduled my next appointment, I was on my way home. Everything was handled in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
