This place was awesome they don't just repair shoes they repaired my leather fanny pack very respectful and so kind and very friendly if you have shoes or something that's made of genuine leather this is the place for you

This is the best place to go for zipper repairs they can repair any zipper quickly and good quality

My first time at this establishment was wonderful experience. Great customer service and job well done. I was very pleased and would certainly recommend anyone in need of shoe repair to this place.

I wanted my favorite pair of boots re-soled but due to the type of shoe it would have been difficult. The internet said it was possible but three other cobblers in the city said it couldn’t be done. New Father & Son said it would be no problem and did a beautiful job in under a week for a reasonable price. Will go to them and probably only them in the future.

And here we go again, another useless horrible phone rep who won’t help. Why’s it so hard for people to just respond hello & then let me talk. Ignorant people really ruin your day. You call around for prices, you call to see if they can service you, you call because who wants to make an unnecessary trip to a store that ends up not being able to help then charges way more then another place? I advise stay away.

The experience was delightful, I even waited for the shoes, it's a blessing to have a shoe shop in these days.

They did everything very professionally and perfectly and charged less than the quoted price - I really appreciated it.

Needed my heels lowered. They did a great job on 4 pair of boots. And they were ready when they said they would be. Not to many shoe repair places left in Philly. The also fixed my zipper on my purse that happened to break as I was picking up my boots. They fixed that as well in just a few minutes. I will continue to go there. Great service. Very pleasent, customer service also.

I bought my shoes for $29 my heel came off the little rubber heel they wanted $20 to put the little rubber heel on and then called me to tell me that the elastic in the back was stretched out which would be an additional 20 I am not paying $40 for $29 shoes

I took my leather Bible cover to New Father & Sons to have the Leather strap repaired as it was almost torn through. Ulysses was professional yet personable. He did a fantastic job. The repair is durable and totally undetectable. He is a master craftsman and a very kind man who takes pride in his work and joy in the satisfaction of his customers.

Where else but Northeast Philadelphia do you find a shoe maker/ repair. I love my shoes so I just had heels and half soles put on. This shop has been in business as long as I can remember. Reasonably priced and they do a great job.

Took two pair shoes there on March 25 2021 ask for one pair to be ready the next day. They stated that they would.went 2days later and they were not done.went today to pick up the other pair that I left there on March 25 and they’re still not ready. I wish I could give them a zero.

I brought a pair of black leather boots with zips on them and they did an absolutely impeccable job in regard to fully repairing them. It took a little longer than expected which definitely allowed for them to readily meet and exceed my expectations as far as high -quality craftsmanship is concerned. They even placed brand new and very comfortable insoles into my boots. Their price was also fairly reasonable as well.
