This food was the worst Chinese food that I’ve ever had. We were not given one of the items that we ordered and when we called the lady was extremely rude and we never received the missing item. Do not ever order from this place. It was awful. And the customer service is awful. I would have given them 0 stars if I could.

Ordered Friday lunch at work to treat myself. Boneless ribs, and General Tso's chicken with pork fried rice. Rice was good that's about it. Chicken looked like typical no frills Tso's but something was off, and the boneless ribs smelled funny, put them in the trash. Now if I find out in a few days that I've been affected by corona virus for some reason I will take this down. But for now, it wasn't worth the $20 delivery

I tried this place before with my friend and I am addicted ever since. I liked the fantastic vibes and delightful food and beverages. Keep up the good work.

The worst. We have been ordering from here for a while but tonight they did not deliver what we ordered and charged us for it. When we called to fix the problem they basically said, to bad. They have horrible customer service and we will never order from them again. This is not the first time we had a bad customer experience.

This place RAWKS! As you all know, with Covid 19 sweeping the area, many restaurants are either shut down entirely OR takeout/delivery only.
About a week ago, I discovered that virtually EVERY Chinese TAKEOUT within a 3-4 mile radius of me (I'm in Fox Chase) was shut down.
NOT New Garden! And their lunch special (Tues. -Fri. 11am-3pm) at ONLY $5.75 includes Brown Rice at NO EXTRA COST, now that's a bargain!
My favorite is chicken w.broccoli made in garlic sauce with brown rice = YUM!
I'll definitely be a repeat customer and this may become my #1 go to place for Chinese takeout!

I’ve been a customer for a couple of months now, usually delivery, and I keep coming back for the usual things; wonton soup, general tso, chicken wings, etc. It’s not the most amazing Chinese food ever but I guess that depends on preference since ever Chinese store differs a little. The family is nice and polite, especially the mother, every few times I’m physically there.

Get the dumplings.they are the best I've ever had at a take-out chinese place. Their Mei Fun is also very good and you can't go wrong with the Lo Mein.

I've ordered here a handful of times and have never been disappointed. The food is always good and the employees are very nice. I highly recommend this establishment.

Their fried dumplings are amazing! My roommate and I finished a batch in the course of 5 minutes. They are a bit greasy, but they are they have the juiciest meat I ever tasted. I sadly can't say the same about their sesame chicken, but I would willing buy $20 worth of those dumplings and I don't think I can have dumplings from anywhere else now.

Horrible customer service. The lady was extremely rude and when I told her I was paying on a card she let out a huge sigh of annoyance. I then told her she could cancel the order and she hung up on me. I called back to make sure the order was canceled and she hung up on me again. Will never order from here again.

I have not even received the food yet and the people were rude. I began ordering my food and the lady on the phone kept one word answering my questions. Then I asked to pay with a card and all she said was continue I gave my numbers and she was like ok bye click. I hope the food is as good as the reviews

This was my go to delivery spot when I lived in Jenkintown. They were always fast and the food is really good and reasonably priced. Now that we don't live in the delivery zone, my fiance and I make a point to order for pickup every so often. I especially recommend the eggplant in garlic sauce with shrimp or chicken, Singapore mei fun, and the dumplings.

Food is always great, and delivery is often in about 10 minutes. Portions are enough to have a second day. Favorites are Chicken Mei Fun, and Steamed Chicken and Vegetables, with Garlic sauce on the side. Staff is friendly, and if your order is over a certain amount, you get a free 2 liter soda.

Been going to this place for years and for the price the food is on point. Under the old management the food was stale and service was unprofessional, now, it is run by family and is evident the customer is important.

I just tried the place and ordered a Large Shrimp Fried Rice. There were 6 small shrimp strategically placed on the top to make it look like you have shrimp. But as I dug deep in the rice there were no more shrimp. Did they think I would not see this? Never ever again for me. This is an honest review.

Staff seem to have a take it or leave it attitude. We live about 1.5 miles from the store at the edge of their delivery zone which is not very large at all. And their delivery sucks. The food is good, not spectacular, but a little better than average. That is why they got 3 stars and not 2. There are plenty of Chinese restaurants in the area whose food is decent and the service is better.

Horrible after they delivered food which was unsatisfactory they wouldnt give me a refund unless i returned the food? !?

Their food never disappoints. They always give you more food than you expect for their fair prices. What really sets them apart is that this is a family business with good customer service.
