Dr. Stef is one of the kindest doctors I have ever been to. If you are looking for a doctor who has excellent bedside manner, incredibly intelligent, and well versed in their field. Then this is the doc for you! She knew exactly what I did to my back as soon as I started describing my symptoms to her. My back feels so much better than when I walked into her office and extremely grateful to have found her! She was kind and walked me through the entire process. If I could give Dr. Stef more than 5 stars I would.

I was experiencing severe nerve pain from my lower back all the way down my leg. After a few visits and adjustments my nerve pain made a complete 180. Dr. Stef is amazing.

I was experiencing nagging, consistent lower back discomfort. After several visits my issue continued to improve as to where my pain has reduced 90% and the remaining 10% is only minor ache and that is improving. Treatments have allowed my to continue my active routine even at age 68.

I came here in excruciating pain, Dr Steph has been a great help in managing that pain. As someone who’s felt with chronic pain the past 12+ years, I can fully recommend her services.

Walking into the reception area and being greeted by Michelle at the desk you feel very welcome already. The room is very clean and roomy that I had my adjustment in and Dr Stef is the best, very sociable, tells you everything she will be adjusting for your visit, I can see why she gets 5 star reviews

I have just started doing sessions for laser hair removal on my legs and I am loving the results! I have had profession laser hair removal in the past and this experience with Dr. Stef and her technicians have surpassed my expectations. The new laser they use is practically pain free compared to my other past experiences, and even after just my first session the results were awesome. I feel that this experience is so much more effective and lasting, plus reasonably priced! I have been seeing Dr. Stef for chiropractic services for years and I trust her and her team wholeheartedly, they make the sessions so easy! Can’t wait to try other skincare treatments - highly recommend!

I’ve been to many Chiropractors. It felt like they were taking copay after copay, doing the same adjustment each time and not getting to the root of the problem. Weeks turn to months, months turn to years of treatment with no resolution. You start to think that you have to just live with it.

You won’t find that here. Her Chiropractic care combined with Nutrition teaching is key! Three months in, I’m feeling great, pain is gone, brain fog gone, down 16 pounds and on maintenance care. I know only good things to come. I’m so happy with the results.

Dr. Stefania is the BEST, she makes the tension and stress melt away! Insurance or not, the visit is worth every penny. Both the doctor and staff were friendly and professional. I'm also pleased to find out she also offers massage therapy.

Dr Stef is amazing! After suffering from an acute lower back injury I suddenly found myself not being able to lift up my children. This devastated me and I knew I needed help. Dr Stef was an angel on earth! After fitting me into her busy schedule, on such short notice, she was able to take me from being on the floor to back to normal within two sessions. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained what to expect with each and every step. Her office staff is extremely welcoming too. Awesome! I can not say enough about this place! I am a nurse and put strain on my back daily. I am now pregnant and was searching for someone who specialized in prenatal chiropractic and I am soooo happy I found New Heights! The staff is so sweet and professional. The dr is so knowledgeable and really makes you feel comfortable especially as a pregnant mama! After one treatment I felt sooooo much better! And now I am here regularly!

Dr. Stef is simply incredible! Seeing Dr. Stef was my first time at a chiropractor so I was unsure of what to expect. I had a dislocated rib, and after a few weeks of treatments, I no longer have shooting pain in my shoulder, side, or lower back. I can now breathe and sleep pain-free. Dr. Stef is so easy to talk to and really listens to you and how you’re feeling. She gets to know her patients personally and makes everyone feel comfortable with her welcoming personality and awesome sense of humor. I honestly look forward to my treatments because I know Dr. Stef will be real with me about what’s going on with my body, will take a wholistic approach to the treatment, and will give great advice for things I should be doing at home to improve my healing. Dr stef is the best! I was in a car accident where my car was totalled and was dealing with alot of chest pains but after a few session with Dr. Stef I'm feeling great, possibly even better than I did before the accident.
