They were so caring when I brought my precious Lady Gaga (cat) to get a tooth checked and found out she had a mass and it was most likely cancer we decided the best thing to do was put her to sleep so she wouldn’t suffer anymore they were very sympathetic and let us have some time with her to say goodbye we weren’t expecting that on the same day we brought her in thank you so much to everyone who helped make it easier for her and us I would definitely recommend them, we received her ashes and foot prints a week later which was done beautifully so pleased with it and the card thank you all so much for all you did to make us feel so comfortable we appreciate all you did for her to cross the bridge Lady Gaga will always be in my thoughts

They handled end of life for my dog.

Been going here for almost 9 years and never had an issues with anyone here. All the vets do a very good job of explaining what’s going on with my cats and are very caring when they are sick. I had to recently put down my cat who had a brain tumor and everyone was very comforting and caring. Dr lanz helped us throughout the process and made sure we were comfortable and ready. Will continue to go here and recommend to people

The Doctor was half way out the door, when your trying to ask information about your pet and their well being. Also told us that they would get better with all the shots they gave them and they died. And noone ever calls you back to help you with things!

Marv was treated very well, Dr. Diane fixed him up. He's a happy kitty again. They are very caring. I trust them with my animals health. Great place.

They say they specialize in skin disorders, and this is the reason I chose to bring my cat's there. At first we thought it could have been a mite of some sort oh, because they were too small to be a flea or anything else visible to the eye. They never figured out what was wrong, they never even really tried they just referred me to University of Penn. I even went to another local vet who just gave me medication and didn't even look at the cat. It took me six months but I finally found the cause oh, it was a fungal infection of the skin. Very quick fix and I can't tell you how mad I am at the hundreds almost thousands of dollars in medications and vet visits and blood samples and samples sent out to University of Penn. Maybe I should be the vet I sure wouldn't charge half of what they charge and I get 10 times of service and a hundred times the results.

They are out standing vets, would never go any where else. Been going their for ever and will continue to as long as I have pets.
