New Hope Pet Grooming

I brought my 11 year old German Shepherd here this past week. This was his first grooming experience and needless to say I was unsure how he’d handle it. The staff at New Hope Pet Grooming not only knocked it out of the park, they’re extremely kind, professional, and caring of the dogs they treat that it made it hard to get my dog out of there when he was done! I’d highly recommend and we look forward to returning.

I have a beautiful shih tzu that is show dog quality. This groomer has no clue how to cut a tzu. This was the worst cut ever. Totally botched uneven mess. He was cut like a poodle. I had to take him to another groomer to get fixed. I asked the owner to give me a refund and they ignored my request.

My golden retriever loves Nancy, it's like a spa day for him. She does a wonderful job and will recommend helpful hints when needed. I wouldn't trust my baby with just anyone. Nancy at New Hope Pet Grooming is the "BEST".

I’ve been taking my Great Pyrenees to Nancy for a couple years now and I do not know where I’d be without her. When no other groomer would take Bear because she gets snippy, Nancy showed her and I so much patience and kindness. Endlessly thankful to her and her team.

Grooming was good. I don’t like that they leave all the animals in cages- none of our prior groomers in Alexandria, VA operated this way. Poor attitudes for some staff members. Nancy treated one of my family members very unprofessionally. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Loved stopping in this small shop to grab a toy and treats for our pup as we were passing through New Hope! The owner was so kind and inviting, will definitely be back.
