New Horizon Learning Center, Morrisville PA

My recent experience at New Horizon has been disheartening. Not only did my child sustain an injury, which I believe was a result of negligence, but the situation was exacerbated by the staff's refusal to allow me access to the security cameras. Additionally, I discovered discrepancies between the incident report and the actual events, which raises serious concerns about transparency. I urge a thorough review of safety protocols and communication practices to ensure the trust and well-being of all parents and children in your care.

My child came home with 3 bite marks on his back that were oozing with blood & not one staff member was knowledgeable of it. A week later I peeked in the classroom & saw my 2 year old being attacked my 3 other kids on the floor screaming for help, while the teacher was on her phone. I removed him immediately!

At first it was great but she got all the young kids to work there and they didn't take care of my grandson at all. And the one older lady was very mean to him.

This facility is a very great place for children. All 4 of our children went to the facility in Levittown and when We moved they transferred to the morrisville location. My husband and I are and have been pleased with the services they provide at both locations. My 5 year old took his placement test and he scored 110.that’s high above most students. It was so impressive that the principal asked what Preschool program he attended and We proudly said “New Horizon Learning Center” I highly recommend this place. It exceeded my expectations a great deal. Teachers are very loving and professional. They’re very attentive, hands on and they really do Genuinely care.
