Adam Yingling of New Motors in Erie PA was a wonderful sales representative to have assist us while buying our new car, he was professional, helpful and efficient- highly recommend contacting him for help in buying a new or used vehicle!

The purchase of the car up until after the purchase was great, but now dealing with expired registration over two weeks and (5) calls later with no call back. I have already been stopped by the cops for expired registration and it's like what is the deal. 60 + days should not take this long to get plates. Very poor follow up and I hate to leave a bad review but like I've been very patient and calling, it's just like follow up with people when they have an issue.

Bought our car from here. Our salesman Kevin was the best. He was patient and kind with us over an almost 2 year ordeal (we ended up switching the car we initially ordered at no fault to bmw or anyone). Once our car was delivered, we weren’t able to pick it up right away…once again Kevin said no problem and held it for 3 weeks until we were ready.

Very friendly and knowledgeable dealership, chose them over 3 other dealers in the Pittsburgh/Johnstown area because they DID NOT treat us like we were bothering them when we stopped in to inquire about a car. Buying a used car is can be a bit of a nerve wracking experience, but the staff of New Motors made it relatively painless. They gave me a fair trade in value for my old car, and had a good price for the newer car I was purchasing. I worked with Steve and Robby Quinn, they were quick to answer any questions I had, and quick to update me on the progress of the sale. They treated me like I was buying a brand new BMW, and made sure everything was perfect with my car before I drove it off the lot.

Clean dealership with updated technology and helpful staff. Robby was very helpful with our prior lease and our current financed car. He was knowledgeable about the BMW model we were interested in and walked us through the new specs of our new model. He kept us well informed throughout the whole process and was very easy to reach if we ever had any questions.
