New Motors is a great place. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and honest. Jeff Waid helped me with my new vehicle. He was great at answering all of my questions and very thorough and patient with explaining all of the features on my new Forester. I will definitely continue to do business with this dealership.

I picked up my 2nd Ascent from New Motors last weekend and am as happy now, as I was with my first one. New Motors gives great service, fast and easy. I’ve never had an issue with anyone in the service dept. Oil changes, tire rotations, maintenence checks, state inspections, all worked like clockwork! My salesman, Mike Francis, is in my opinion their shining star. It’s extremely refreshing to find a salesman you can trust and believe in, and Mike’s that guy! He has gone out of his way to make us feel like a valued customer and he has accomplished that. I met Steve Lobaugh who is very knowledgeable about the product he is selling, he returns phone calls, makes suggestions, calls me about incentives or programs. I also must commend this dealership’s appearance: it’s clean, modern, has a very nice accommodating waiting area with coffee, drinks and snacks Their internet service is very good as well. I am happy to say I just bought our 3rd new Subaru in just 2 years. I just picked up a new 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness which is several cars in one. Oh, and it is very quick, looking forward to tackling the Erie winter if I have to

Shopping for a car in 2021 is no easy task. Shopping for a car at New Motors with Ryan made it a task that could be conquered. Despite having to wait longer than expected (no fault on the dealership), we were kept in constant contact. It was nice knowing that they were doing the best they could to keep us informed while they waited along with us. Once the car arrived, we already had the details taken care of and the process was smooth. We would definitely shop with Ryan again and recommend him to everyone.

It was a great car buying experience, even with the current situation and sometimes lack of vehicles due to covid. Frank spent a great amount of time talking with me to figure out the best fit for my needs and answering any questions I had throughout the whole process. Had a smooth purchase because of Ryan Franklin. Had to custom order and wait 3 months for a 2022 Impreza because of the current market, but that's out of their control.
