Customer service on the phone hanged up on me several time each time I ask for clarification

Food was delivered in a timely manner, but wasn't edible enough for me. It was extremely salty (Chick-fil-A's nuggets aren't this salty and they contain MSG). Also, I am wondering how old the broccoli is that I received. Some of it looks it was microwaved multiple times.

The best Bourbon chicken I’ve ever had. It’s delicious and goes a long way. I’m so happy this store is within walking distance of me.

I order from here via Doordash all of the time and it is always delicious! The only Chinese food I will order in the area. Highly recommend!

Always good. My husband loves the seafood. I'm addicted to their peanut sauce. Fast delivery as well.

My household has ordered many times from this restaurant in the last 6 months. Only place I can find good cheesesteak rolls outside of the city! Haven't been disappointed yet about the quality of protein. Have fun exploring something new! Thank you!

I order a lot from these guys usually over the phone. I used to brag about their food. So today I ordered using doordash and the food made me sick. The chicken was slimy and clumped together. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is you should have consistency in what you give to people. Whether you know who the customer is or not. Idk who could stomach that but God bless them.

Some dishes were excellent - beef and broccoli had tons of beef and was tasty, bbq ribs were meaty and plentiful. Some things were disappointing though - egg drop soup tasted like it was cooked/heated in a dirty pan, it tasted heavily of used oil and I ended up throwing it all out. Staff was super friendly though. Will probably give them another try and update rating accordingly.

I order food from them a lot and I’ve never had problems with it but a couple weeks ago I’d found a roach inside my food and obviously I’m not gonna continue to eat, so I called and told them about the bug and they said that they didn’t have roaches or any bugs there but obviously they did if it was in my food anyway, I then asked for a refund and they never gave me anything back since so if you’re reading this I suggest you shouldn’t buy from them. It was so bad I would give them 0 stars but that’s not possible so I’m gonna give them a one. Anyways have a blessed day️

I have been getting takeout and delivery from the folks at New Panda for over 5 years now. I work in Springfield and to be honest it's the only place I will order "take out Chinese" from. Their food is always fresh and I have never had a problem with it ever being "off". The owners are very friendly and work hard to produce a quality product day in and day out. They have a few things on their menu that is unique to them which is a welcomed change. Try any of their Ginger (shrimp / chicken), Mango (Shrimp, Chicken) and their version of a beef dim sum (comparable to a Japanese shumai). You won't be disappointed.

Finally found a good eggrole nearby.
Will definitely go back.

My boyfriend and I LOVE this place! We order delivery here at least twice a month. The general TSO's is awesome. We also get BBQ beef sticks, my boyfriend loves these. It reminds him of a place he used to go to as a young kid. They have good quality food and they have been CONSISTENT, which is so important. Thanks guys!

I bought a small beef and broccoli and they charged 8.50. The menu said it costs somewhere around $7. I wanted to pay with card, but since they didn't make enough money yet I had to pay an extra 50 cents for a total of $9 for a small beef with broccoli. The small order of broccoli happened to also contain about 5 slices of overcooked beef. I'm guessing they didn't make enough money off of me so they had to be very sparing with the beef. Maybe they would be more generous with chicken, but i refuse to ever order that chewy rubbery chicken that comes with broccoli again. So overall let's rate this take out experience.

If secane had literally 1 other chinese restaurant this place would be closed. They are terrible

New Panda in Secane is the BEST! There is nothing bad on their menu. The chicken amazing lives up to it's name. Just everything is great. I live in Parkside and order from here because it's so good.

The food is excellent and you can order ahead and choose a delivery time. So glad to have found New Panda. I expect to enjoy many meals from this wonderful place.

Chicken was not done. General tos chicken is cold and not spicy. The receptionist was not polite and net wearing masks.

Ordered from here once a week since Rona. Last week wings were missing, but we were charged. Called, woman says she remembers cooking them and putting them in the order. Argued with me. Like why would I lie
I'm sure she put them in someone else's order
So for $5 wing order, she lost $80.00 a week from us. Poor, poor customer service.

This is the best asian food that we have had in a very long time. The seafood delight is like a 5 star restaurant
