Outside carriers delivering live unload: expect long hours here to get unload. I had a load of pools to deliver here. I drop my trailer 08: 30 am and they got it done by 2: 30 pm. One truck driver said they start unloading trailers by 11 am. If you got open delivery time like mine was 8am - 3pm it's better to come in afternoon.

I am a person who was getting a delivery from Home Depot. This was the company chosen to deliver the order. First, I was scheduled to have it come between 10 and 2. The truck broke down and I had to call to see where the delivery was. This was at 3 because no one had called to tell us. We rescheduled for today and were told we would be the first delivery. This was by the scheduler who was trying to make last week right. The load should have been here by 12. It did not arrive until 2: 45. I was mad when calling at 1: 30 and the dispatcher hung up on me. The terminal dispatcher did not show any concern that the order had not arrived. He made it sound like 2 to 3 hours late was not a problem. There is no regard for people's time. The only good thing was the delivery driver was a very polite and helpful person.

Unfriendly floor supervisor and wait time of 4 hours to get unloaded. Would not recommend taking a load here. They seem to focus on their trailers first and outside carriers are at their mercy.

Great timing I arrived at 10: 45pm and James opened gates at 11: 45pm as I was checking my fluids on my truck and I was thinking I would have to wait a long time just to drop this trailer and there was no waiting James let me drop. Wow all terminals should be this well managed for us drivers who had to work on memorial day driving. James deserves a bonus holiday pay and a raise an extra $100 just for being productive and super nice early in the morning. Thanks James keep up the good work

Easy to find and pull into. The I checked in with was nice. But, they need a better way to communicate with drivers making deliveries. They have you drop your trailer infront of the office and pull out on to the street and wait. Simple enough. The guy says when they are finished unloading, the jockey will bring your trailer up front (he said to me they bring it out to where youre parked but i noticed they bring the back to the front of the office) And this is where they get two stars, I've wasted an entire day here. I dont know when they finished my trailer because they never brought it back around to the front. He stuck it on the end of the dock with other empties. And from where theres room on the street you cannot see that row because they have thier trailers backed against the fence. I only saw my trailer 5 hours after checking in when i moved up near the front gate after another truck left. All afternoon i watched them bring other unloaded trailers up front so I had no reason to think mine wouldnt be and shoved in a parking spot with other trailers. They either need to take drivers phone numbers, get a buzzer system or have to jockeys actually bring the trailers back out.

The worst place to deliver a load. The person in charge of the loading docks is a very rude and disrespectful person. I never come back here, from 2: 00 to 18: 00 to unloa my truck

I receive a decent amount of deliveries by New Penn from my parts vendor in Michigan. I constantly receive calls stating that the shipment is delayed (with no reason). It is difficult to reach someone via phone, it will ring and ring. When someone finally answers there is little assistance with gaining new information. I wish my vendor would use a different freight company. I would NOT recommend using New Penn.

If you are delivering here you may wait over 30 hours. People are very rude. Dont ever wanna come back here again.

If there was an option for 0 stars, that would be fitting for they are all Zeros in Customer Service at the Camp Hill PA Terminal. Taylor and Tom are particularly ineffective, rude, and caused delays. I'm apparently not the only one who thinks so given the number of low ratings - a lot of lowest scores.

They are rude, slow and do not care for outside carriers.if you have to deliver a load to this terminal plan to spend more then 12 hrs before they get to your trailer. I am not coming back here ever again.

One of the absolute easiest shippers I have ever dealt with. The pickup and drop-off went very smoothly

It's a very crowded place for drivers that are delivering here, but most drivers that come here have a empty trailer to hook up to.and drivers PLEASE. Watch the signs when trying to get here.make sure you look at signs that say truck route and no truck

Great place to work. Union terminal. Overtime after 8. CDL holders have Monday through Friday schedule. The terminal manager is great. He understands that family time off may be needed and tries to accommodate within reason. I have worked for other companies and none compare to the pay and home time. New Penn is a great place to work as a driver.

Load was supposed to be ready at 10 am. Was told to comeback. 30mins later then 1pm told our DM after 5mins the load was canceled.
Staff in the office really isn’t that friendly. Just be prepared to wait. We ordered pizza for our wait. Ha. Glad they can deliver here at least.
Really not a pleasant place. Do read the other reviews they are not lying.

I Work there. Mismanaged from top to bottom. Treat thier employees like trash. But then again what company doesnt now a days. Lowest paid LTL carrier in the industry. The place is a joke.

It is good, not very fast at loading trailer took 4 hours and every hour was told to come back in hour

Management and office personal are clueless.can't find freight. When they do it is weeks late. Had to reorder and have shipped threw another company to get the job done. Called to complain and was told the Manger or supervisor didn't have time to hear my complaints.

We had a Saturday pick up on a Holiday weekend and security made sure we had what we needed to keep rolling to Salt Lake City Utah.
