This company is full of the most inept people I have ever met in my life. Despite being shuffled around numerous times trying to get my product delivered way past its eta I finally made it through to who they told me I needed to talk to. They then proceeded to tell me they couldn't schedule my delivery until they had a truck in the area. You know, because I paid for them to deliver it whenever it's most convenient for them. Then after proceeding to do nothing as far as finding any solution, an employee named Dan who's wage is considerably too high even if it rest at minimum decides to hang up on me after using profanity on the line while being condescending. Please, if you operate a business use literally any other business to get your stuff delivered. This is absolutely egregious.
