So all my food was spilled out my my container French toast was Soggy I order two iced coffee’s both of them tasted burnt i water a whole hour and twenty minutes and spent 52 like I’m very disappointed because I normally order from here an I love there food smh

Ordered delivery the other day food arrived hot and was so good all condiments where in the bag with plenty to go around and the food tasted great even my picky eater ate it all.

I use to go here all the time. Great food great service. Haven't been here in over 11 months. Decided to order food for pickup. Not happy at all. They must have a new cook because the food was so salty, mainly the home fries. I asked for eggs over medium and they weren't even cook right. Waste of money. I couldn't even eat it. Smh.

My cousin introduced me to this place 3 years ago. Its a hole in the wall type of place. I knew the place existed but i never went in. Since then i periodically stop in. The food is good, fresh and hot. Service is almost always super quick. The prices are "ok". They do close early at 2 pm that is the one odd part about this place. Parking is also tight because of the location.

Well for the first experience it was not good! Did a online order it said food will get here between 12: 40-12: 50pm after waiting over a hour for the food I decided to call and ask of my order left yet which I’m only 10mins away from the restaurant.she goes and tells me pick up only if I would like to have my food made now and be picked up! NO THANKS! They could of at least called my number and told me they weren’t doing deliveries or have it online so when u go and place the order you would know it was pick up only! Update after I got told they was going to deliver my food they come at1: 20pm trying to deliver my cold food no thanks you can keep it!

First time ordering pancakes, cheese eggs and Turkey beacon.
Pancakes were horrible. No taste whatsoever! The syrup was very watery also with no taste. And I even gave the the delivery dude a $5 tip. I woke up with the great taste of a pancake breakfast, on my birthday weekend, only to be disappointed. I should've got the delivery from IHOP.

*Fol up: thank you for responding to my review (owner). I understand all your circumstance in reference to your delivery time.it is not the 1st time I had to wait that long for delivery but I was not advised when I ordered of that wait time, I understand you have limited space and high volume but what I don't understand is why your employees phone etiquette lacks the same respect you give patrons who dine in or take out, as I said on my original review I wouldn't mind waiting if I was given the choice to wait for delivery. I applaud you for having a family business, I have one as well and if a client of ours was unhappy with any part of our process I would have made amends by discounting their food on their next visit or from their current order, I'm not asking for freebies what I would like is more accountability in your part what is 10% off from a $12 order going to do for your business? (rhetorical) nothing! But what it means to a customer is that you understand their concern and you care that your process is not working at optimum capacity, just because your family own doesn't excuse some of the comments from your employees over the phone such as "that's how it is" or "we don't offer discounts for late food even if you weren't told" I even got a "you have been here you is busy", it doesn't absolve your from scrutiny, that's not my concern and it doesn't matter if I been there a million times customer service is still a service that is provided to patrons whether they are dining in, taking out or ordering delivery, I did update your review which I don't do because me and my family love this place, I have accommodated your stars to 4 instead of 3 due to the fact that you reached out.

Great food, great $, great service when your there but what they exceed in personal attentiveness to patrons they lack in delivery services and phone etiquette, be ready to wait 1.5 hours or greater for delivery and if you happen to call to find out where is your food, be ready for an argumentative attitude towards customers, and forget about getting a discount for late food or discount off your next order, best bet is to pick up or dine in. I love this place I prefer it to any other breakfast spot around here but they have to do better in deliveries and according to the delivery man I spoke to, once I received my food finally, it's not the delivery is your kitchen taking too long to cook. #postivefeedback
