The gentlemen who helped my father and I was very accommodating and friendly. He reassured us and made us feel as secure with our choice as possible. Gave us the break down and was very patient with us. He was professional and polite. Great place to go to if your parents aren’t fluent in English, they can translate and better communicate with them. Thank you for your service.

Stopped in on a Saturday with no appointment and was seen despite them being busy. Very polite and welcoming. I wasn’t rushed and my insurance benefits were explained to me clearly. I also left with contact lenses. Very pleased and I’ll be back.

I don't think I could have asked for better service

I like this place above the all the places I went before. The Doctor Nguyen took his time exam my eye and tell me a lot about my eye that no other doctors told me. The reception and sale man are very friendly and educated me any step that i made a purchased. I m very surprised when I know there are so many different progressive lenses out there and they're able to show me before I made a decision. I definitely come here when I need another pair glasses.

Horrible.the female Dr was rude and gave my daughter the completely wrong prescription.which I didn't find out until we took her to a REAL optomologist at Children's hospital.he said our eye glass prescription was so far off it could have damaged her eyes!

Really pleased with my experience here for an eye exam.first time there on saturday.very professional doctor (no guilt trips for me not having an eye exam in the past four years), my glasses arrived faster than they estimated (three business days later!), staff is extremely nice and attentive, and overall the amount of time you spend there for an appointment is a million times faster than any other place i've been to.highly recommended.oh yeah, and ask for a copy of your prescription after your exam and they will give it to you.

If I could give a negative stars I would, worst experience with an vision center I ever had. I got my eye tested and they gave me contacts that were totally wrong and then tried to convince me otherwise even though I couldn't even read the bathroom sign at the end of the hall. So much for the customer always being right.

Love taking my family here, they treat you with respect and are knowable about their products.

My best place to shopping an eye glasses for many years. This office always took me as I walk-in and my eye exam was quick and very thoroughly. All of the staffs are very well trained and helped me what I need. The manager is very helpful training my contact fitting which I was hesitated to get it for couple years. I will strongly recommend for anyone need eyeglasses or contact lens.

I made an appointment, took my grandfather there for an eye exam. At first they said they'd accept his insurance, then they said they'd charge the money for an eye exam. But that's not the problem, the problem is that they let other people, who came after us to get their eye exam done first. And we were waiting for like an hour in their store. Horrible service!
