Dipali did a wonderful job on my mom who was coming for her first time experience threading. She was left very satisfied with her eyebrows, highly recommended to anyone who wants to get their eyebrows done!

I go here all the time and the ladies are absolute sweethearts. But today i went in and had the worst experience ever. Deepali did my eyebrows and was getting so frustrated that her thread kept breaking and took her frustration out on my face. Was extremely aggressive and rude, and even asked previous customer before me if he will be leaving a tip. Unprofessional and weird! She would not have smacked my face around if i was a white person!

I got my eyebrows done from Deepali and I had worse experience of my life. She completely ruined my eyebrows and was not at all accepting that she made a mess of my eyebrows, let alone an apology! She even charged me for the service which I was not at all happy about. This was the second time that I had this experience with her. After my first experience, I still gave her a chance thinking she was new at my first visit but second visit was worse than first!

Asha took great care of me today. It was my second time getting my eyebrows threaded. She was gentle and very kind. I find eyebrow waxing to be extremely painful but threading is a much better option please stop by and get your eyebrows right.

My daughter and I get our eyebrows done here and it always comes out really nice. I love that they always know how I like my eyebrows. I highly recommend this place. It’s clean and all the lady’s are always nice and friendly.

Went yesterday. My eyebrows were totally reshaped rather than just cleaned up as I asked. Just bought new glasses and eyebrows are totally wrong shape for the glasses now. The individual did what she wanted not what I asked! Will not go back to this location. Buyer beware.

Pricey! I usually get my eyebrows done in Philadelphia and it costs me $10 and here it costed me $13 without tip! The quality doesn't even match the cost. The technicians can be somewhat rude at times.

I had my brows threaded before where it felt like the thread was slicing into my skin.wow what a surprise here.there was absolutely no pain, she did an amazing job and their brow powder is great. Best brows I have had in ages

Surva is the only one that listen to what you want and does a great job.
I was very sad to Hear she left.
I will not go to the other person she ruined my eyebrows it took me forever to grow them again.

I have been going here since they had a tiny place in the middle of the mall before they got their own store. Great service everytime. Only 2 ladies that are always there and very friendly. Very reasonably priced. They do lots of services but I only go get my brows threaded. Amazing results!

Suvra is the best threader there! She does an amazing job every time on my eyebrows and knows exactly how to thread them. I went one time when she wasn't there which was a big mistake I think the lady's name was Pinlel. She made my eyebrows uneven and made them completely different shapes. Needless to say if you go to NY Thread go to Suvra, she does an amazing job and knows exactly how to make your brows look amazing!

I started having to get my eyebrows threaded instead of waxed years ago due to my extremely sensitive skin. I first started going to Zara brow because it was the closest threading to where I live. After numerous bad experiences there I was recommend NY thread by a friend. I have been to many eyebrow threading places in the the area and center city and no one is better than Suvra. She is the youngest of the workers there and by far the best. She always pays great attention and takes her time even when they are busy. I have been going here for a couple months now and my brows have never looked better

Suvra, Suvra, Suvra! I do not need to say anything else but she is amazing! I started going here recently after moving to the area and I honestly can say it has been the best experience. I make sure to go when Suvra is working. She is always so sweet and pleasant and she does an amazing job! I took a little break and I was in Philly one day and decided to try a well known establishment and paid $40. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I will never go anywhere else. Check this place out!

I give this place 5 total stars thanks to Suvra!:) She was so sweet, her work is professional and beyond amazing. She left me looking like a brand new, beautiful, and confident woman. She makes sure that you look great and pays attention to even the slightest detail. She's also friendly so when your being tended to it is very pleasant and not awkward like other people. Was introduced to eyebrow threading in the DC metro area back in 2001. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded ever since all over the Northeast from Manhattan, New Jersey, Philadelphia, etc. Based on my almost 20 yr experience, Suvbra at New York Thread in the Montgomeryville mall is hands down the best Technician to ever do my eyebrows. She is the youngest of the technicians there, I would guess 20 something Indian girl. Suvbra technic is percise and smooth, the least painful session I can remember. Plus she took the time to assess the condition on my face, skin and where and what she needed to do. I am fuxkn picky, I so appreciate people who care and are good at their jobs and I am usually to busy to write a review.so there! Call first, ask if she is there and tip well people, we want to reinforce ($) good work!

I've tried places all over Philly, West Chester and Delaware County and I just recently moved to Montgomery County. The first thing I had to do was locate an eyebrow place as I haven't found one yet after trying almost every place in the surrounding areas. I walked by this place in the mall and it was super crowded. I knew it had to be decent from seeing the crowd on a Monday and wow was I right. I love love loved the result and I have been compliments since! So happy I've found this place and I hope it's around forever!
