Newcomer Eye Associates, Whitehall PA

Horrible customer service experience, I received a call the day before my appointment that they were cancelling my appointment after I confirmed twice. (took day off for this appt) The woman on the phone was very rude informing me of some information I was unaware of. Stating to me I was told at my last examination which by the way was over 2 years ago. Please teach this lady how to have more etiquette when dealing with people. The owner also allows the poor customer service.

Friendly staff. Excellent treatment and explanation of what the tests are and what to except. Dr is very personable and very caring. Great experience Thank you
