As a developer I will say that often times working with recruiters can be an overwhelming process, but it was refreshing to work with NewConfig. I received a call from Angela and from day one she gave me the full understanding of what to expect and after submitting me to the client I was happy to say I received an interview and the job offer not soon after. So what exactly did NewConfig do above and beyond on others. I heard someone say "they were communicating throughout the process" this is not true in my experience. I received direct information from the client about the hiring status. But I was traveling and I couldn't respond right away NewConfig stepped in without me even calling to say hey Micheal we heard you received an offer letter is there anything you need from us to complete this process. Have you had time to review the letter. Are you satisfied with the terms. What are your thoughts and again how can we assist. I'm very independent but there was a gap in communication with the hiring company and I and I got worried the offer was not going to be submitted in time for an early start date. NewConfig's Dimitri called me just to follow up on the offer and then when I told him the issue got right in touch with the client and no more than 15mins later all of the documentation came through. It was a successful process. It helped me calm my concerns and it was truly amazing how responsive they were even before I got the opportunity to reach out. I commend the entire team. I called out some names but there were a lot more involved and I thank them all. If you have the opportunity check them out give them jobs to seek out talent for and if you are a talent sign up with them to help you find jobs. Again thank you NewConfig Team!
