Called on a Monday and was directed to Brianna. Explained my sensitive situation and she had a good giggle at my situation and told me she didn't work in that field so she passed me to Beth. Left a voicemail with Beth. Had to follow up on Thursday and she hadn't called me back on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday because she was out of the office on Monday. Beth set up an appointment with Attorney D'Angelo whom was short, argumentative, offensive, unhelpful, and left me with a quick quote to let me know that the retainer is $1,000 and the hourly rate is $275/hour. Thanks for the free consulation; moving on.
