Had a emergency they fit me in immediately saw Dr. KERINS complete professional she new what i had subscribe medication it got better saw her following week all gone and she explains everything which was great and the office was professional.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Margaret T Karins. I always feel so much better after I see her. She's easy to talk to and explains things in a way that I can understand. I think that you should give her a raise.

This place is the best! My fiancee got his foot looked at here. When he got back in the car he couldn't stop saying how nice and accommodating everyone was. We were in a rush because we have a wedding that's 3 hours away! They got him looked out in less than 25mins. We will make the wedding on time!

Dr Lynde and the staff are top notch not only with the care they provide but also the relaxed atmosphere they provide. Kelly is simply AMAZING and makes you feel at ease with her professionalism and compassion. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Would not recommend this place for orthotics. Dr. Reed is nice enough but did not fit me properly. It took four try’s, finally she said “I don’t know what else I can do for you as I made them to your specifications”. She’s is supposedly the professional not me. Although, from my past experience with other orthopedic doctors, I don’t think she has enough knowledge in this area. I could not get a refund and the orthotics are useless. I will not return; waste of $$$.

Dr. Reed is awesome! I'm 59 and had brostrom and tendon repair surgery on May 4th, 2023 on my left ankle. I am extremely excited to report that I am back walking 2 to 3 miles a day, doing weight training and taking mini off trail hikes in Tyler State park. No more ankle pain/problems, yay! Thank you Dr. Reed! Also a shou out to the staff at Newtown Foot and ankle. They are very friendly and always happy to see you.

Dr Reed and her team have taken outstanding care of my husband! What a difference her work has made in the quality of life improvements he is experiencing after decades in pain. We highly recommend her and her team for all of your needs!

Dr Kerins did my lapiplasty. I'm 6 weeks out. My foot looks very straight! She is awesome. All of the staff at this office are EXTREMELY Nice and helpful. I am sooo impressed with everyone that works there. From the reception staff to the nurses and docs!

I recently went to the office for treatment for foot pain. The female doctor I saw was nice and provided basic care. I edited my review from three stars to one star because of the ridiculous response the business owner posted back. They sold me PRE MANUFACTURED not fitted orthotics from Pure Stride for $75. I’m not sure how they were transparent overcharging a patient for a product that’s suggested retail value from the direct manufacturer is $42. I mean they gave me a receipt if that is what they are claiming is in writing. The fact is that I went online to order the exact same model direct from the manufacturer and the retail price (not wholesale) is $42. I called the manufacturer and they were perplexed why they were charging so much at the office. I definitely lost some trust here. I called the office to discuss thinking maybe they made a mistake on the charge before leaving a review (but they didn’t). I understand maybe charging a bit more in person to buy them but $33 over the suggested retail price from the manufacturer is extensive. I asked them to let management know that it is important to charge fair prices to your clients. Trying to deflect the situation with a response claiming you’re a privately owned practice with heart? I will not be continuing care at this facility nor will my family.

Highly, highly recommend! The staff is professional and friendly. The doctors that I've seen there are the best! I'm currently recovering from foot surgery and have found them responsive to my (unfounded) worries and concern about my healing
