This shop lives up to the name “Next Level”. I’ve only received this level of service before at a dealership; however, here I did not get robbed. After years of mickey mouse mechanic shops, I will come back here because of transparency, communication, and customer service.

Guys did good job for alignment and balancing on bmw, the guy in the desk he is very helpful nows his job! Definitely I will come again!

One of the best mechanic shops around! I got my car fixed and inspected here many times over the years. Plus, they have a very comfortable waiting room.

Next level auto has incredible customer service and they are very organized, I’m finally done with shops who say one thing and do another. Next level always met timelines and work incredibly fast, all of my repairs and maintenances are done the same day within few hours! Wow!
They charge good money but for a very good service, this is top value!

Brought my car in a few weeks ago. Mike kept me updated every step of the way which is rare these days. Job came out perfectly I cannot complain about anything. Thanks to Mike and all the techs for 5 star service.

Very pleasant, courteous and professional. Andrey is very smart, personable, and an excellent mechanic. Offered a reasonable price. He takes the time to explain the options and leaves it to you to decide. Excellent results! He is open to questions, and helpful at all times. They also have a cozy waiting area with refreshments, which I found delightful to just hang out for the time being. I'm glad I found out about this mechanic (ask for Andrey or Yuri [Manager]), would definitely highly recommend, and will happily come again if any of our other family cars have any issues in the future. Pulled into Next Level Automotive because my car started screeching out of nowhere. They quickly changed my brake pads and rotors. Next Level Automotive was so helpful, affordable and efficient. Highly recommend this place!

Best shop for high end and sports cars. Employees are very friendly and get work done very efficiently. The techs know what they are doing and explain exactly what they’re doing. Only shop I trust with my car! Highly recommend!

You repair is not done. But you took money as a hungry man. Too bad.
The problems started from the beginning when I asked to do an estimate of fixing my car. They spent two weeks: no full estimate, no correct repair and just everything time new proposition about we can order that after that. So, manager who organized the process have messed all stuff. Andrew, the owner, did know what happened in his shop.
After two weeks I got “some kind of repair” with four holes and big gap. You can see that on the pictures with new black bumper.

Had to get a steering rack changed while I was on vacation. Mike did a great job of coordinating the repairs and communicating while I was out of state. Very professional service and quality work!

Professional, clean shop with very fair prices. Got me in fast to get my oil changed, did a great job and I was out of the shop in no time. Highly recommend it!

I meant to leave a review for a previous job they did but I forgot.

This shop is extremely professional, the auto technicians are fantastic and went beyond fixing my vehicles but actually took the time to explain the problems each of my vehicles had and what I can do to prevent future issues. Particularly the Auto Technician named “Mike” who seems very passionate about his job.

The shop is also very clean, and I had no worries of leaving several of my more expensive vehicles over night/several days at their shop.

Definitely would recommend.
