Highly recommend this place! Angelo thoroughly examined my pain area and went above and beyond to make sure it healed and strengthened properly. He also gave me at home exercises to do on my own to continue to process. Excellent service and care!

Dr. Angelo is wonderful! He has helped me with a sports injury as well as everyday adjustments. He listens to my needs and gives accommodating at-home exercises. Dr. Angelo is prompt in responding to scheduling and goes out of his way to make appointments work!

Finding Next Level Spine and Sports has been the game-changing component in my personal life.
I am super impressed at how the staff works together, as well as the cleanliness of his facility, and the punctuality of this group.
Dr. Scott and his team (Teresa, Tiana, Eileen, etc) + Dr. Lauren at Next Level Spine & Sports have made a HUGE difference in my SI Joint issues & all without SURGERY.
Since going there, I am actually able to SIT again in a chair and Exercise again (NO Injections, no needles, no medicine!)
When I first got there, I had zero faith that anything would help but this team has made the most significant difference in lessening and somehow ridding the areas and source of pain (YEAH!)

In my case, after my initial meeting and treatment appointment, Dr. Scott explained my plan of treatment.
But, he has made multiple changes along the way, (based on Q&A before each treatment) which in turn have contributed to a bigger impact in healing.
What I've learned is that one issue might be masking another and he WILL find resolve. (the 'other issue' might actually be the REASON you are in pain!)
Dr. Justin is not afraid of reassesments and change and that is so important.
In fact, he pushes forward and WOW, there it is, Pain Relief!
My primary job as a patient has been to report change both positive or negative so they can work out the 'what if's', AND doing my at-home exercises and well, I've found a lot of relief.
Plus, what is more important, is that they are the most honest staff & won't 'FLUFF' an answer or add treatment you don't need.
Their end game, the one the whole team works toward: has been for me to be at my personal best again!
Also, when there are issues outside the realm of this highly-diversified and skilled staff, this group is well-networked, and knows who to recommend you too.
I was super happy when Dr. Scott was personally in touch with the other Doctor treating me that referred me here, so they each know where we are in the treatment procedure.
IT takes a village.
To me, that's worth its weight in gold because it takes the communication issues off the patient when referred out.
Next Level Spine and Sports Injury also has treated my son who should have been sent to rehab for a pin in his wrist and was not.
In weeks, he regained his movement and is back in action.

Many times, when I was there for my appointments Dr. Scott and Dr. Lauren have had former patients come back to them with NEW Injuries or issues & they know them by name!
Patients are HAPPY to see them & catch up, while getting treatment.
That tells me all I need to know because people don't go back to a Doctor or their team unless someone has made a postive difference!

Went to Dr. Scott for a sports related shoulder injury, only having about 5% function of my right arm. They helped me not only get back to 100% but improved my posture to the point that both my shoulders feel better than they did when I was a teenager. I highly recommend this place

The staff at Next Level is unmatched. Their knowledge, expertise, and diverse experience make this the only place I will go to for pain management or rehab. They are also like family. I continue to recommend it to anyone from my parents to my clients.

Next Level has been amazing, I would go to them for any injury treatment or injury prevention. I have been seeing Lauren to rehab a torn ACL and MCL and she has done an amazing job over the past few months to help me recover.

Next Level is top notch! I started going to them about 5 years ago when I had some issues with my back. Turned out I had some bulged discs and they helped me get back to training 100%. Since then, I go to them for anything that comes up. They are very knowledgeable and work with you to understand everything that is going on with your body. I recommend them to anyone that has any spinal or sports related issues.
