After green light, strap your load, close the door and drive to kiosk to self checkout. At the screen add you load info, get a seal and the paper work will be on the printer.

This is the worst place ever. Arrived 3: 20pm for a 3: 30pm appointment. Made me wait ten minutes at the gate before i could check in then once inside i waited another 2 hours before getting a door. Will never come to this place again. Very rude people working here.

Worst place ever! Angela, who ever she is, acts like she the gate keeper rejecting trailers for little to no reason!

They require a 34 number for pickup. If the one you're given isn't valid, contact your dispatcher or whoever to ask for different numbers. Water places like this tend to reschedule loads frequently, and when this happens, a new number is assigned. I had to go through literally 10 different numbers to get the correct one. The guy on the speaker was patient while I communicated with my dispatch getting all these numbers

The wait is long if you arrive 10 minutes before the appointment they don't let you in you have to go out and turn around and you have to wait a long time tw they can load quickly how can they load you very late I like the other company that the robots load you in one time

I don’t how how in the world they have 3.5 stars. They don’t even deserve a zero star. Truckers stay away from this facility if u wanna love ur job. Period

You can usually get in and out fairly quickly. I would like to see better signage for the shipping and receiving doors. maps is wrong on the entrance location for trucks.

Another thing that might be helpful is to not have all of the voice communication on boxes that are for semi use. There are other lower sitting vehicles that come in and out of shipping and receiving.

The worst company you can do a delivery give me a late load the receiver refuses to unload give me 3 day latter appointment to unload anybody answer email phone call to return the product or donate.

Appointment only. Be there right on time and you won’t have any problems. Guy at phone check in was super nice and helpful, he gave me dock number right away, and I was loaded in 15 minutes. Excellent place.

I love to pick up Niagara… always on point, professional and quick.
Not sure what’s going on with this location but recently I’ve had a horrible experience.
Busy afternoon for them…I get it
BUT…if I arrive 25 minutes before my appointment and you send me to the back of the LONGEST line…you might as well spit in my face.
Took them almost 4 hours to load and OVERLOAD.
After waisting my precious time on coming back to them after the scale and I told them that they overloaded my trailer, they said… you need to contact the broker and reschedule for a different warehouse to fix the problem…. WHAT!?
Simply unacceptable!

Worse facility ever! Appt time-11 pm checkin 9: 30 pm told I am early and we have window midnight to 4 am so come at 3 am we load load you.back at 3 am told come back 4 am finally got the door and got loaded 6 am! When I print paper
It shows that I checkin time totally different. Driver checking -12: 58 am appt-1 am checkout -2: 30 am! Place is self checkout.you can’t call or tell anyone that checkin/checkout times wrong! WASTE OF TIME!

This is the worst place I have ever been.since 2pm they send me up and down for overweight load they don't want to work on it they keep send me to different adresse for rework I'm over 2260 lbs.

Wating in yard shipper says call you available dock door. Poor system and management this factory. Not for same other nigra plant

I-78 exit 49A to PA-100 South. Get in left lane to take a left onto industrial Blvd, 50 yards down on the left. Arrived at 12: 30 for 14: 30 appt and was turned away, told to come back at 14: 30. There are no truck stops around, and it took 30 mins to get to the checkin call box at the front gate. There are other trucks waiting to go in for their appts on the right hand side of the entryway. Their logistics team won't let you in early, be warned that you will need to leave the premises if you arrive early!

Easy peazy lemon squeazy. Follow these directions boys and girls. Don't show up more than 30 min.early. Have the Load pick up number ready. They ask for that 1st then your name, Trailer, and Broker name. Do not come in on Kressler lane off Shantz. If on Shamtz go past the Wawa past the employee entrance driveway down to the stop sign on Industrial and turn right. Follow Industrial Rd past three buildings on the right and you will see the sign for Niagra and it's driveway on the right. Two lanes to the right both truck lanes cars on the left. Kiosk has a screen and a phone. Push the button on the phone and have the info I mentioned ready. They give you a door and you go. Tandems back, trailer swept, loaded in turn, pull out, secure load, shut doors, tandems to the spot you want for weight, exit to the left, stop at the self serve kiosk, enter pu number and trailer, pick a seal any seal enter the seal number, pick a signature style, electronically sign, BOL will print, seal the load and roll out. You will not be able to turn left to the Wawa and the truck parking. It forces you back out to Industrial Blvd. If its earlybyou may be able to find a spot behind Wawa but will have to circle around to get it. Smile and wave driver, C'MON!

The tablet where you check in at wasn't working and no out of order sign on it.so you're trying to enter your pu numbers in a computer that doesn't work, so that was frustrating.

No contact pick up. Get a door thru a phone at the gate. You print your paperwork at the rear gate. 2.5 hours in and out. Docks a little tight, new drivers make it more difficult than it needs to be.

Kiosk didn’t work for my pickup number. You have to use the call box. I didn’t see the signs until I circled back around. Two lanes. Truck was blocking signage on guard shack that lets you know to use call box to check in. One way in - one way out. Held me back about an hour. Other than that, very smooth process.

They don't load early. 30 minutes before your appt time. No overnight parking. Once checked in it was 1 hr.and 15 minutes total loaded and out the gate.
