Slow very slow
. Feels like they putting a pallet on every 20 minutes. On time for my appointment and 2 hours later I only felt them move me 5 times. Ugh.

I arrived 3 hours before my appointment. They immediately gave me the doors and in 40-45 minutes I already left the area.thank you.
The load was loaded by the robots very silently and quickly

My appt is 3PM I CHKED IN 12.30PM, front of me his appt is 5PM so this is my chkin in Experience and just they start loading, so you can come 2to 3 hours early.

One of the best places for a truck driver to get loaded. Do not show up any more than 30 minutes before your appointment time though. They get you in and out fast. It’s VERY efficient.

For the new drivers it’s little weird for check in and out so here’s the steps
1.check in on the door they give you door right away and they mention make sure your trailer is clear not clean because robots gonna load you so when you got the door removed your load locks
2.after getting door slides tandem open up back in
3.2nd green light nobody gonna come out to tell you to move so just make sure when you got green light
4. Pull up close the door proceed to the exit
5. Check out with the machine put your trailer number their is a seal box so take any seal you like put the seal number in the machine make sure the destination and all.
5.print and you good to go

*SEMITRUCKS*: No overnight Parking Available, they seemed very organized, I came here to deliver and everything went fine I was unloaded within the 2 hours span. You will need an appointment either to Load/Unload make sure you have this appointment number with you.

Fast UNLOADING it was a quick smooth process checked in around 9pm by 10: 30pm i was out the door.

Strictly business on the appointment time your given and no overnight parking. Other than that I was in and out of there in an hr with fast loading. Once light turns green pull out and go to gate to check out and get your BOL and seal.

2.5 hours and still not in a door to be loaded. This is even worse than ice mountain in Stanwood Michigan

I absolutely hate this place with a passion. You have to wait hours for a door, then when you finally get a door you gotta wait hours to get loaded. Another thing I hate about this place is that you can be in the dock perfectly but they'll say you're to far left or too far right. Did I mention I hate this place?

From all the suppers I seen this company is the longest to load. No staging area for trucks! Who knows where their bathrooms. You don’t see or talk to life person. Waiting line for 2-3 hours then 3+ hours to load. 45k lb Is this cheap load worth it? Definitely not! Don’t kill your day here.

Not bad for loading they will turn you around if you are sooner than 1 h before the appointment time!

3.5 hours is totally unacceptable just to make it through the entrance to check in. I WAS 2 hours early. I know that truckin is a waiting game, but not just to check in. Your pickup number will start with a 33, or 34 as of 6/9/23. Good luck dryvan kids. I pull reefer and did this as a favor, favor train just derailed. Maybe someday if you get enough experience, you can join the reefer club and haul food that actually means something

Fast loading, easy check in and check out. Unfortunately the only way to the place is toll road. Don't think you're getting around it either. The roads are all 10 ton and not made for big trucks

Very Good Environmental Place The Place Is Nice And People There Are Very Professional And Friendly

Got there early was told to come back a hour before my appointment then they had me sitting there for 3 hrs waiting to get loaded they don't care about driver can't park at the place to wait no truck stop for 30 miles place sucks

I had a delivery and a pick up at the same day from here very easy to check in and out, you just need to have the correct information ready and you will see how smooth it will go for you.
You will not see any office or rude and lazy office workers here so be happy and smile!
