The office staff were wonderful, and patient with me as a first time patient. I was seen in a timely manner. The office is a comfortable place, with a warm, welcoming feeling. There are pictures by locals, of the local events and areas. I felt very comfortable, and welcomed in this office. The nurse who seen me first was very nice, patient, and professional. Dr. Nicole Strohl is an awesome doctor, very kind, professional, and I appreciate all these qualites. I have several chronic illnesses, so see several specialists, and was discussing all this with her, and she listened with much intent. She is just what I am looking for in a PCP! Someone who I am comfortable bring up concerns that may not specifically pertain to my health issues, and can fill in the gaps so to speak. She explained things to me in an understandable, and thorough manner. I felt very comfortable, and good with her for a lack of better words. Nothing was pushed on me, from vaccines, to meds, all were just brought up as options, and not forced. The woman who checked me out, was very kind. Overall, I had a very wonderful experience, and am very grateful to for all of it, particularly in this day and age. I look forward to having this office be my place for primary care, and having Dr. Strohl as my PCP.

At 9: 16 AM today I called Dr. Strohl‘s office to request a prescription for Paxlovid since I had tested positive for Covid. I was told I had to wait and go through a virtual appointment before she could prescribe the drug. They scheduled the appointment for 215. After waiting in the virtual waiting room and finally getting through and having my call disconnected I called back to make sure that the prescription was being called in, as well as get the answers to two questions I had. I was told the prescription was called into my pharmacy of choice Walgreens. It’s now past 6 PM and Walgreens has advised that they have not received an RX for me. I called giant pharmacy in case the office called it into the wrong pharmacy and they do not have an RX for me either. And this is after last week leaving two messages on Tuesday and Wednesday for a different matter that I never received a return phone call for. I’m not sure what’s going on in their office but it’s not providing me with the kind of medical attention I require.
