Nicos and his team were very professional and caring in one of the hardest times of my family's lives. They made the whole process headache free by guiding us and showing us compassion in something I personally had not have to handle previously. Everything was handled with the sensitivity and ease needed in the difficult area of death. The day we had to come and sign off on documents, select urns, and complete everything was very difficult. All the logistical items were clear, and they took the time to explain everything in detail.

Nicos Elias handled my brother’s funeral with great care and great class in 2003. My wife’s passing in 2022 is the only worse thing I could imagine happening. It was a natural step to trust Nicos once again with her arrangements. The Nicos C. Elias funeral home was host to both her viewing and funeral on the same day. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with loved ones or even my own funeral when that time comes.

Great service at a very difficult time. Nico followed up on everything immediately and according to the wishes of the family.

Although it was hectic Christmas time, within just two days Nicos was able to setup everything for us, which included finding a cemetery, ceremony at the church, driving to the cemetery from the church in a cortège, burial and other small arrangements. Besides all the preparations had been done prior, Nicos and his wife were also with us all the time during this tough day and conducted the overall process perfectly. They went far beyond just business approach and we felt great deal of personal support from them which helped to deal with our tragic loss

I cannot thank them enough for all the help and support they provided. It was a very difficult time for my family but they helped make it a little bit easier with their professionalism.
