I can't understand how or why the staff here is so rude. I am your target audience-affluent, thin, interested in fashion. I will never shop here again after how I was treated the other day.

Cutest little boutique with THE BEST staff. They are all so sweet, attentive and eager to please each of their customers. They have something for everyone, it’s nearly impossible to leave without something fabulous! Can’t say enough wonderful things about this store and everyone that works there.

I hate sharing bad reviews but there seems to be a theme with other reviews of No14. The sales people are incredibly rude. I was not given any help at all and almost seemed like I was bothersome just being there. In addition, there were many items in the store that i've seen for less elsewhere! I hope the owner or owners see the multiple reviews and take them seriously!

Just stopped in today! The store is absolutely beautiful very neat and organized. The sales woman was super sweet and very helpful.

I never write reviews but felt this was needed. I have never had such poor customer service or felt not welcomed in a store. I always try to support small business but will not be returning.
Most of the things in the store are available for much less at other local retailers - this seems unnecessary and unfair.
The people that work here never once looked up to greet me or say hello. They actually seemed annoyed that I was in the store. I asked to make sure they were open thinking maybe I came into the store when they were closed.
I really felt like they did not want my business. I had three people to buy for in addition to things I saw for myself and found many cute items I would have bought but ended up not purchasing anything because it was such a terrible environment.
It's unfortunate and I wanted to love this store but unfortunately I will not be returning because of the customer service. There are many negative reviews like mine and i'm hoping the owner sees these and makes some changes.

No. 14 Boutique is hands down one of my favorite boutiques- anywhere! The store is absolutely adorable! I always feel so welcome every time I go there! The girls are always so helpful when it comes to sizing and fit, even when I can't make it into the store. The clothing is such good quality and always on trend! I love getting to see the owner, Brianne, do try on sessions on the store's instagram so I can actually see how the item fits and moves.

Can't say enough wonderful things about No. 14, the owner of the store, and the staff. No. 14 Boutique always has the most incredible, & fashion forward items. Plus, the clothes are always high quality! The store has the cutest aesthetic and online presence. If you're in Lawrenceville, stopping into this boutique is a MUST.

I loved the selection & prices were reasonable. The service there was also excellent. Definitely left with some cute pieces!

I went into this boutique with my sister and husband and we all left the store with a bitter feeling. The staff is incredibly rude and at one point were standing behind the counter whispering like high school teenagers. It felt so unwelcoming and judgmental. You’d think in today’s day in age this kind of behavior wouldn’t be tolerated. This is coming from someone who has lived in New Orleans & Houston and I’ve never seen this type of standoffish and snobbish behavior. Won’t be back. Don’t waste your time. Too bad the staff is horrible because they had cute items.

As a long term lawrenceville resident I was so happy when another small boutique arrived. I’ve gone into the store multiple times and every time I visit it is a horrible experience and I leave with a bad feeling. I never feel welcome and have heard the sales associates talking about customers so rudely. This weekend when I visited the store - The staff never came out from the desk area and when I asked if they had a different size - the sales associate said “I don’t know - did you check the rack? ”
I think what really pushed me over was the women that work there have written five stars reviews for this store. That seems not right to me.
So from now on i’ll be heading to one of the other cute boutiques in Lawrenceville who want my business, are helpful and who are not talking rudely about customers!

Number 14 boutique is a not so hidden gem! Whether you live in Lawrenceville or not you can shop at this boutique. The owner herself does weekly try on videos on their instagram and the girls always answer you on sizing/fit recommendations! This store has something for everyone no matter your size, style, or age! I HIGHLY recommend Checking them out

Amazon doesn’t even ship as fast as No 14! The girls in the store are so friendly each time I’ve been in and even as an out of town customer, they’ve made sure to always treat me with the same care as those customers in their store. Love this place!

I have visited this small store in my neighborhood a few times but am sadly never going to return. Every time i've visited the store the sales people are so rude. Now my fifth visit and still rude. I will not be going back.
The reason for the review is that when visiting the sales woman stated "We don't carry your size. We carry smaller sizes and not for plus size people" I wear a size 8 and even if I was plus size that is no way to speak to a person!
The people that own/work in this store have been very rude and I do not feel welcome in this store!

Hands down one of my favorite places to shop. Being out of town, No. 14 makes shopping remotely extremely easy and the staff are incredibly responsive and helpful. The website is updated in real-time with items in stock, they offer free shipping and available by call or text. They always exceed my expectations when it comes to customer service - I wish every boutique was like No. 14!

No. 14 is hands down the best place to shop in Lawrenceville and probably the entire city. The owner and employees are always so helpful! They’re constantly putting new items on the floor and website. The clothes and accessories are SO CUTE! Also it’s the perfect place for gifts. I’m so happy any time I see those white shopping bags and pink tissue paper
