Awesome staff! Brandon always takes the time to play with my dog and keep me updated on how he is doing when we board him. That’s definitely my to-go place when unexpected trips happen. With my dog having some separation anxiety and crate/kennel aggression, it is good to have places like this that accommodate this type of dogs. So, if your dog is a bit crazy, do not worry!

My Yorkie, Lovey, looks forward to going to Noah’s West and gets excited! Anne and Brandon take excellent care of him and I would highly recommend this facility! You won’t go wrong!

Love the reservation process. They are very responsive. The staff are friendly with my doggo. The place is clean and renovations made things really nice. Only complaint is the one woman who works there is rude and has chastised me on the phone and in person numerous times. I’ve also seen her do it to other clients, one of whom snapped right back at her. Guaranteed it’s the same person that all of the people are complaining about below. My advice to the owner: put this person in the back, not in the front or on the phone with people. She seems to do well with the dogs. You’re very close to losing my family’s business and I’m sure a lot of other families too because none of us want to be chastised for asking simple questions.

Rude, rude, rude! Can't trust you with my babies when you seem irritated that I call asking if you have availability 1 weekk in advance. Life happens and you unexpectedly don't have advanced notice. If you treat the paying customers like this how am I to expect you will treat my dogs who can't tell me? !?

I live in Harrisburg but drive to the Mechanicsburg location 3-4 times a week because they take such great care of my dog. She loves getting dropped off almost as much as getting picked up. Ann and Brandon are definitely her favorites. Thank you so much!

Took my dog Matilda for grooming. They did a very nice job. One of the best grooming experience she's had. Definitely will return.

I got treated poorly when calling to make a reservation. Was told that it's their busy season and i should have called sooner only to discover there were several spots available. The person answering the phone was incredibly rude. I attempted to fax shot records several times only to be told they didn't get them and then got hung up on. After this and reading some of these reviews, i cancelled the whole thing and found another kennel. A previous reviewer is correct: This is NOT Kinship Kennel anymore and the service is not the same

Our dog loves it here. Everyone seems to care very much about all the dogs in their care. Very clean and well kept.

Staff was rathe rude and very unhelpful! I usually use a kennel closer to me, but they were full this time. The staff were not very helpful in guiding me through their process for my first time here. I'm also astonished at the prices! $30/night for my dog to stay and that doesn't even include any kind of exercise/play? They charge to play with your dog by the hour. I'm definitely not impressed with my experience here, and am going to avoid them in the future. Definitely not a recommended kennel.

We always boarded at Noah's even after moving to the west shore, so Noah's on lisburn Rd is now even more convenient! Same great experience and I am very comfortable with them taking care of my dog.

I am pleased with how Noah's Pet Hotel & Spa has continued to provide great care when I board my dog. The staff love animals and they take great care of their guests. I had my pooch in for a few 3-4 night stays and they gave her medication and treats. They feed her Hills dog food and offered a variety of optional services I could add on. Grooming and daycare are also offered.

Please use extreme caution. This is NOT Kinship Kennels anymore.
Dogs are not walked but expected to eliminate in their runs. Food/water bowls may not be properly maintained or filled. Generating revenue is top priority now. Don't risk your pet's wellbeing.

The staff was very nice and seemed to care about my dog, however my dog contracted kennel cough from here. He was coughing all the way to the car, and was ravenous for food and water. I cant risk my dog's health and well being by bringing him back here again.

I was pleased with my dog's stay. They gave my dog her medication in both ears for no additional charge. She stayed for 11 days and when I picked her up her ears looked fine. I also had a coupon for 20% since it was her first stay. I did notice her legs looked a little sore which was probably from laying on the cement ground. I was pleased with her stay. If I have to kennel her again, I would send her here again.
