Please don’t bring your dog here… this place is terrible they forget about your dog and neglect them

I have used Noah's for boarding several times. Durzo is always happy and well taken care of when we pick him up.

My friend had a dog here for four days and they never fed him.they picked up the dog to find him barely able to move and literally skin and bones.do not use this place they will lock up ur animal and forget about them …800 dollars for 4 days of the dog never being fed or given attention

Thank you Gina n Kim for taking Super care of my parakeet. I think she was happier than at home here. The chatter with other feathered friends was needed and the care you put into taking care of her needs left my mind at ease for 2 weeks. I'll be back to see you both. So Grateful.

Went in to reserve a week for our 2 dogs.place was clean and neat.didnt smell like dogs.friend staff.asked for alot of info on my pets as far as personality and shots. I like that because it makes me feel pets are in good hands

We were recommended this place by many people and were awfully mistreated. We took our French Bulldog, Coco, here so we could go on vacation and a couple days later we got a call saying she died. My family and I were beyond upset and wanted answers. After fighting for a simple explanation, we finally learned that our baby girl was neglected and died alone and unattended. Coco, was in perfect health; we had just taken her to the vet before we left her in Allen’s care. She was left outside in Hot summer weather for almost 2 hours alone. When Allan returned to check on her she was dead. Someone who owns a dog kennel and knew our dog had breathing problems should have known better leave a dog outside alone to die. He didn’t even have the decency to show his face when we came to pick up our dead dog. We have sent him a letter to which he has not responded; I want my story heard so that this awful tragedy will never happen again.

We wanted to board our dog here this coming weekend, we played a little phone tag last week and finally my husband got through. He spoke to a man and was told to bring our dog in during the designated times for a meet and greet and to bring the required vaccine papers. Because the times for the meet and greets are very restrictive (Monday wednesday from 10-11: 30 and then 4-5: 30), I wasn't able to actually do it until today. We got through the meet and greet very well until the woman at the desk said she couldn't find any reservation for us in their system and that they were booked for the entire weekend She was very friendly and offered to put us on their cancellation list, this wasn't her fault at all. I don't understand why you would hear that a new customer wants to board their dog over a holiday weekend and not set up a reservation for them. I don't know what more needed to be said than "I need to board my dog over Labor Day weekend" to initiate the process of making a reservation. We were very lucky and found a different place with availability. I would have liked to have had my dog here, I wish this had been handled differently.

It's obvious that you book quickly for weekends and holidays. My problem is that we were not told that reservations are booked during the tour.

Kept my older dog there for a week. She was well-cared for and the grooming service was nice.

I visited the cattery and find the place neat & clean. The person in charge explained the services they provide for my cat.

Charlie just visited Noah's for 18 days. He's a senior and I was worried about him staying that long. I had no reason to worry! They took great care of him! Thanks Noah's!
