Great service, friendly staff, timely (don't drag out service, didn't make me wait longer than absolutely necessary), patient with reported vehicle issues, never treated me like I was over-reacting.
7/2023 - had caulking/body work done on RV six months ago, failed, just had them look at it and fit me in quickly to correct it. Disappointed it happened, but so far satisfied they will "make it right. "

Had front end damage to my vehicle after hitting a fox and was referred to Noakers by Progressive. I was pleased with the courteous and professional office staff immediately. My repairs were scheduled to be done over our family vacation week. Their team was super helpful & went above and beyond to accommodate our rental. Which was through enterprise, but handled directly with Noakers, ready and waiting, no extra stops or hassle. We received text message updates throughout the repair process. I couldn’t be happier with the completed body work, which was thorough and flawless. They even checked an AC issue, which turned out to be unrelated to the damage, but rather due to prior overcharge by another shop, and fixed it. Overall greatly appreciative! Highly recommend!

Worst shop I've ever been to didn't put parts back on car didn't do work they said they did when I had them look at it afterwards my headlight was off to the side and i went to adjust it but the adjuster on the headlight was broke (didn't fix that either) prob didn't even check the headlight either after a head on collision (so they say it'll look and drive the way it was before the accident) lies after you get it back they don't hold up to there warranty unless you insurance or you pay for it. If you want your car done right go somewhere else.

Phenomenal work and took all the hassle out of dealing with the auto insurance of the at fault driver away.

My truck was rear ended while it was parked. I spoke with the staff and Noakers about repairs and they took care of everything. It is truly one stop shopping. Even when they had the truck they sent me texts on any delays they were encountering. When I received my truck back it was cleaned inside and out. The repair work made the truck look new. I would highly recommend Noakers.

My car was hit while parked in downtown Carlisle in December. I called about 3 different auto body shops that said they couldn't work on my car until April or May. Two doors on my four door sedan needed replaced and painted. I am so happy that I choose Noaker's! Although they were 25-30 minutes away, they were able to get my car in the shop in January, were always courteous over the phone and provided me with updates. My car looks like nothing ever happened and was returned to me cleaner than when I brought it in! This was my first experience with Noaker's and while I am living in the area this will be my go to body shop should anything happen again!

I can’t say enough good things about this company, not only did they do an amazing job repairing my 2016 WRX. The customer service was unbelievable, they were always so kind with every question I had. I had no issues with the rental I got. 10/10 recommend this company for any of you auto repair needs. If I could give 6 stars I would.
