Just a simple shopping plaza. I think Dollar Tree keeps the parking lot packed! Has two USPS mailboxes! Many other little businesses as well are here.

Place to get anything from fast food to liquor regular dine in restaurants the bank's whatever you need is right there

Best little Nook in the city stop and do your bag and get your alcohol grab a bite to eat is also checking place across the street for your Western Union needs it has a fast food grows you have McDonald's Taco Bell Wendy's Arby's and gas station right there in the general area so where can you go wrong

Eggs r us has no interest in providing good service to their customers. They will get your order wrong and make YOU feel bad about it. Awesome place.

This place has changed over the past 10 years and I believe it's for the better. Although parking is very tight. They should have made the parking lot bigger than how it is now.

The biggest problem with the shopping center is the parking. There are enough spaces but the angles are wrong making it difficult to back out.

Noble Manor Shopping Center was definitely a really nice mall and best of all it was across the street from were I was staying.

Foods good. But continuously getting dive bomb by bugs is enough for me not to come back. I've killed one already and still more flying around.

Every place I visited here is awesome. The Dollar Tree has such a fantastic selection; I could have spent $100 easily. The Wine and Spirits had a great wine selection. And eating wings at Wiggy's is topped the night until I got home and scratched my ticket and won my money back! This place rocks!

Convenient but the parking is tight, just be mindful when backing out of parking spots. Usually enough parking.

I go here for a great breakfast at Eggs or Us. Also there is a wine and spirits store, nail salon dollar tree, pizza, etc.

Shopping Center has the convenience of a small town in 1%of the area

Thai banking bars much more
Oh you can even maintain a tan

Nice place to get shopping done for necessities. Many stores in one place. Easy to find and free parking.

I love noble manor shopping center it has everything one would need in such a small place I go there all the time cause it's a one stop shop for everything you need in a shopping trip I love going here every store staff is friendly and helpful thanks for reading my review

The home of Wiggy's some of the best wings in Pittsburgh go on Saturdays and Wednesdays for 50 cent wings. These are the jumbo kind by the way fried crispy on the outside and hot and juicy on the inside

Ugly dog saloon stop on in beautiful bartender working tonight check out the daily specials and upcoming events in December. Enjoy and I recommend the wings

It's a strip mall. You park, go into a store, buy your stuff and leave. It's at least clean and well maintained.

Small strip mall that has everything you need! Breakfast, lunch and dinner! A bank, phone store, gym and even a place to get glasses! And more! I love this little mall!

Variety of stores, bars, restaurants and salons. Parking lot is cramped and always nearly full.
