Called beforehand part was SRT back and ready to go. Great place, everyone has always been great. New shop is very nice

I bought online a Kioti from Nolt's with 500 hours. The pics on line looked great but did not show the defects with the cab (smashed in areas, broken where it connect to body on one side) I went to put windshield wiper fluid in it and the container crumbled in my hand (they did replace if free of charge but how does that leave the shop in such condition). Within 12 hours of use the electrical failed so not ac, no heat. They would not consider taking it back for the price I paid even if I bought another more expensive unit. I think I would have had a better outcome if I lived in the area.

Great service at reasonable prices. Solid communications from staff and rapid response to text messages. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They recently resealed the valve cover on my John Deere E-100 riding mower. They also sharpened the blades and leveled the deck. They offer pick up and delivery service at a good price. The driver forgot my string trimmer when returning my equipment. They hustled it out early the next morning without incident. I highly recommend this company.

I was extremely pleased with the entire process of my service! From initial contact, pick up of my machine, communication, actual service work and machine delivery, everyone was thorough and professional. I’m located a little outside of the coverage area but will continue to use Nolts for all my equipment or service needs! Thank you for top notch service!

Today I went in for the big open house.ha! Prices on parts were up 20%. Cheaper on line. AND I paid for 2 fuel filters.only one in bag.sorry Justin. It woulda cost me more 4 gas to go get so keep ur $4. WONT BE BACK. U guys are good people who do go out of ur way to satisfy your customers. Sorry I was just disappointed this morning. Things happen. Of course I'll still be a customer. Thanx

This business is run by, Mennonite they have a wonderful staff and knowledgeable very good equipment and lots of parking very very clean, should call ahead for parts for your equipment

Braden came to our rescue when no one else would help! I desperately needed a part that is safety related, and running without it was dangerous and risky. Braden got us what we needed with lightening speed. We are truly grateful and can now work without concern. Thank you Nolt’s for having the supplies and thank you Braden for your swift action and superior communication! 5 stars, highly recommended!

Super helpful, only called them for info and they didn't try to sell anything, just helped out. We contacted them because our dealer in San Antonio only wanted to sell us something, this shop is awesome!

I received excellent service when I ordered remotely my Kioti CS2520.
The sales staff was polite, informative and prompt. Very smooth transaction all together and the tractor was delivered within the estimated delivery window. Best price in a 70 mile radius from my location as well!

Welp! Braden, Please pass this on!

I really want to thank you for your continued efforts to keep my tractors and other machines extra healthy, these past few years. I am so glad that I have met Braden, I appreciate the experience he shares with me about each tractor or equipment that I bring in! I feel so comforted that Braden knows his machines and that he usually knows the best repairs or replacements for my equipment, that I may need. Sorry but this is long. I went with this company for 2 reasons. 1. They could pick up and deliver my snowblower and 2. They had great reviews on here. That is as far as good service from them went. I originally contacted them 1.6.21. It is now 2.17.21 and I still don't have my snowblower fixed. They wanted to pick it up onTHEIR time frame. They didn't care about working with my schedule even tho I am a night shift nurse working with Covid residents at a local nursing home and need to sleep during the day. When they finally just came and took it without my ok they called with a very expensive estimate. I was told it needed the carburetor cleaned, a new fuel line and a spring. These few things would cost over $400. Needing the snow blower I agreed to those items being done. I was also told it would take a couple days to get the spring in. 3 weeks go by and I hear nothing. I emailed them and told them to just return blower to me and I would find someone who had tihe time to take care of the repairs. AMAZINGLY when I sent that, they were already working on it and it would be done that day. For $562.23. Apparently they decided to ADD their snowblower "service package, " change the oil (using 4 cycle racing oil), change spark plug and use and charge for other misc supplies (Not listed) and several other things I DID NOT approve or ask to be done. Then they decided to rebuild carburetor without my consent. They used a "repair kit" and a new fuel line. Why? Either repair or replace it. Not both. On the invoice it states "unit is running well. It may surge a bit occasionally. Had some trouble with fuel wanting to drip from intake" That doesn't sound like it's "running well". I am STILL waiting for my blower and it is to snow again tonight. Only use this company if you want ripped off and don't care when or IF you ever get your equipment back.
